    Running 3-5 miles a day and doing PE 5-7 days a week (I know, I have to take more test days)

    Started at about BPEL - 6.75 x 6 in Feb. 2021.

    1st pic is from June. I had been hanging weight only until June!

    Learned a lot from the forum and starting warming up with heat, stretching, helicopters, etc. and the other 2 pics are 2 months into new routine!!

    Itís absolutely amazing that at 45, my PP and body are in the best shape ever!!!

    Itís never too late guys! You can turn anything aroundÖI was 275lbs of fat in the Summer of 2017! Iím now 185lbs and starting to see a 6 pack coming in!
