    Starting back up after 3 week break. This time I'll be doing it a bit differently. I decided to splurge on a Phallosan Forte, which I plan on wearing at night. I'm hoping to average 8 hours a night. In addition to the side stretching from that, I still plan on doing a lighter manual session beforehand:

    10 min rice sock warm up
    side-to-side stretches (from Big Al's jelqless routine) for the downward stretch
    medium intensity jelqs
    5 min rice sock cool down

    Something moderate like 300 sts stretches and 200 jelqs, which I figure would take about 5 and 10 minutes respectively. This is what I'll be doing, daily, until my PF arrives. Then the combo, taking breaks from the manuals as needed.

    Tonight I did 200sts and 100jelqs to ease back into things. I then took measurements at about a 9EQ:

    2016-1-4
    NBPEL: 7"
    BPEL: 7 7/8"
    MEG: 5 5/8"

    BPEL is down a bit from last measurements but the lower EQ would explain it. I'd really like to see the NBPEL number go up, as everything else has already.

    I will also continue to do 1-2 30+min DTR-air inflations a day and as much TLC tugger time I can get in (maybe 2-3 hrs/day average).



    Phallosan usage:

    2016-01: 49 hrs, 5.4 hrs/day
    2016-02: 235.5 hrs, 8.1 hrs/day
    2016-03: 217 hrs, 7.0 hrs/day
    2016-04: 112 hrs, 3.7 hrs/day
    2016-05: 148 hrs, 10.6 hrs/day

    Total: 762 hours, 6.7 hours/day over 113 days
    Gains: none

    Converted Phallosan into a hanger for straight-down hanging:

    2.5 lbs x 22.5 hrs / 15 days
    3.75 lbs x 14 hrs / 7 days
    5 lbs x 16 hrs / 8 days
    6.25 lbs x 18 hrs / 9 days
    7.5 lbs x 20 hrs / 10 days
    8.75 lbs x 29.5 hrs / 15 days
    10 lbs x 18 hrs / 10 days

    Total: 138 hrs, max 10 lbs, over 78 days
    Gains: 3/8" BPEL

    LG Hanger, straight down hanging:

    5 lb x 19 hr / 10 days
    6.25 lb x 22 hr / 11 days
    7.5 lb x 14 hr / 7 days
    8.75 lb x 22 hr / 12 days
    10 lb x 18 hr / 9 days
    11.25 lb x 17.8 hr / 9 days
    12.5 lb x 16 hr / 8 days
    13.75 lb x 17.8 hr / 9 days
    15 lb x 27.3 hr / 14 days


    Total: 173.9 hours, max 15 lbs, over 90 days
    Gains: 1/8" BPEL


    Year-end:

    NBPEL: 7 1/2" (approximate, BP is a lot easier to measure consistently)

    I seriously can't do the counting thing past about 20 Going by time is much easier!

      Ramped up to 5 mins STS and 10 mins jelqs on Friday, and taking tonight off. Haven't got any ship notice for the PF yet.

        5 more days of the same: 10min warmup, 5min downward side-to-side stretches, 10min medium intensity jelqs standing straight out, 5min warmdown.

        Shipping on the PF seems to be taking a while, tracking info was last updated on the ship date of Jan 6. I did have to email them for the shipping info, as their ship notice email didn't get sent. I'm hoping it arrives next week though!

          Oh, and I've been trying to remember to kegel on the drive home from work. I squeeze tight for a count of 1, then 2, repeating up to 10, then 9 and back to 1. Then another tight squeeze for 30 seconds.

          Pretty much my only motivation for this is to shoot more forceful loads. Anyone have any tips for a routine that works?

            Another Monday to Friday done. I upped it to 6 minutes of the STS stretches (I think of them more like pendulum stretches for the constant tension) and 12 minutes medium intensity jelqs.

            Picking up the PF tomorrow, so I'll be adding that in slowly soon! I'll be keeping track of hrs per day and the total. If it's going to contribute gains, I'm expecting to have to wait through 1000+ hours total.

              First hour done with the Phallosan Forte!

              The medium size was a bit tough to roll up to remove it. Other than that it was no problem. Set it so I could just see a bit of green. I'll be increasing the times over the next few days to play it safe.

              I suppose I should make a nice chart to track the hours... eventually.

                I'm going to stick with 5/10 minutes on the 2 manual exercises. On day 3 and 3 hours today with the PF. I was a bit overwhelmed with all the instructions, but I read through them and followed them and it's not that bad. Large size sleeve is working well so far. I probably won't be able to do more than 5 hours before I'll need to sleep with it, but that should be fine. I'm sure the manual exercises have conditioned me enough already to not need that slow a ramp up.

                  My skin was burning around where the sleeve was tugging it after 2 hours of the Phallosan. Too much skin stretching I think. Maybe this will help with foreskin growth too! No way I could sleep through that though... Hopefully this is a short term thing.

                  Reapplied it before bed, after a break. It was fine staying on another 4 hrs or so.

                    Having to get up to pee ended last night's Phallosan session. I'll have to stop drinking earlier in the evening to not have to get up. Although I could have put it back on, I just wanted back to sleep.

                    As long as you make sure to avoid skin folded over itself under the silicone, it's pretty comfortable. Aside from when I lay on the side with the plastic parts. If they could make those soft enough to lay on, it'd be great!

                    5 more days of 5/10 minutes STS/jelqs done as well as the times I updated in the OP.

                      5 more days of manuals done. I had to take the PF off early last night due to an irritating hair or 2 growing back. The foam ring wasn't playing well with the stubble.

                        Manuals done, but had some low/no-PF usage days. I've noticed some liquid in the protector cap some mornings. Not sure if it's just the vacuum sucking out urine or precum (night/morning erections definitely happen with it on) or if it's something I need to worry about.

                        I've been slacking on the foreskin work, but always get at least a minute on stretching in the shower.

                          It doesn't seem to matter how little suction I use on the PF, even half a pump which is barely enough to keep my head from slipping a little out of the bell, there's always some liquid in the protector cap in the morning. The hard, swollen part of my glans goes away within an hour of taking it off, but it's always there too. I've also noticed some red sore areas and extra sensitivity on my head, but I suspect it's the start of the dekeratinization process. If only I had an extra inch of foreskin coverage to be able to maintain it!

                          I'm still keeping up with the 5min downward STS stretches and 10 minutes light/medium jelqs before putting the PF on.

                            I'm noticing a bit of soreness inside towards the head. I'm going to cut out the manual work for a bit, to see if that resolves it. Still shooting for 8+ hrs with the PF on per day. Some days I start earlier then have a break before putting it on for the night.

                              I'm doing fine with 1 pump in the PF, where I was doing 2-3 before, and there's less liquid in the cap in the morning. Still a bit wet, but it seems fine. Without doing the manual exercises, I've been doing a foreskin inflation session instead, so maybe it's a good balance for my overall goals.
