Starting back up after 3 week break. This time I'll be doing it a bit differently. I decided to splurge on a Phallosan Forte, which I plan on wearing at night. I'm hoping to average 8 hours a night. In addition to the side stretching from that, I still plan on doing a lighter manual session beforehand:

10 min rice sock warm up

side-to-side stretches (from Big Al's jelqless routine) for the downward stretch

medium intensity jelqs

5 min rice sock cool down

Something moderate like 300 sts stretches and 200 jelqs, which I figure would take about 5 and 10 minutes respectively. This is what I'll be doing, daily, until my PF arrives. Then the combo, taking breaks from the manuals as needed.

Tonight I did 200sts and 100jelqs to ease back into things. I then took measurements at about a 9EQ:

BPEL: 7 7/8"

MEG: 5 5/8"

BPEL is down a bit from last measurements but the lower EQ would explain it. I'd really like to see the NBPEL number go up, as everything else has already.

I will also continue to do 1-2 30+min DTR-air inflations a day and as much TLC tugger time I can get in (maybe 2-3 hrs/day average).
