    My Overall Volume:
    Starting size: 176 ml.
    07/04/2015: 273 ml. (55 % increase on initial size).


    August 2013 - June 2014 Phallosan Usage:
    Averaging around 70 hours a week since I started. I stopped using the phallosan because the time spent was not worth the lack of gains from it. I put in 3056 hours in total over the space of 10 months.


    Weekly Manual PE Routine:
    August 2013 - October 2013: 30 minutes stretching and 30 minutes jelqing everyday (approximately).

    October 2013 - January 2014: 40 minutes jelqing and 40 minutes bundled stretches every day. Jelqs are KITV and KITJ. Ulis too.

    January - February 2014: Manual girth work Mon, Wed, and Fri. This is to condition me to clamping. Bundled stretches and KITV/KITJ daily (40 minutes each). Girth work is ulis, squeezes, and horse squeezes.

    February - March 2014: A month of just doing stretches and phallosan because of a minor injury on my frenelum. My EQ drops vastly, no increase in BPEL but increase in BPFSL. I gradually introduce clamping near the end of the month (after 6 months since starting PE).

    March - July 2014: I get into clamping quite seriously, begin with a few 10 minute sets and moved up to 15 minute sets by the end of the month. 1. Clamp+squeezes, ulis, 2. KITV, 3. Pump, 4. KITJ, 5. Pump, 6. KITJ. April Breakdown and May Breakdown

    July 2014 - September 2014: Edging in the morning. In the evening - around 50-60 minutes of manual stretches (Directional, bundled, A-stretches, and tunica tugs), and 60 minutes of pumping at 5 h.g. Resumed PF in August, after a 3 month break.

    October 2014 - December: I started hanging on October 1st, and will continue pumping.

    January 2015: I decided to change to pulse pumping from January, and to include some edging and ulis when/if I have morning wood in the morning. Continuing hanging for 2 hours most days.

    February 2015 - June 2015: New approach - taking out pumping and hanging from my routine. Concentrating solely on girth. Edged clamping with ulis, double-handed squeezes, and occasionally bends. Girth focused.

    January - February 2019: back to basics. Erect squeezes, ulis, and jelqing, for conditioning before clamping.

    February 2019 - present: clamping with edging and some ulis, kegels, and squeezes thrown in.

    Another thing I should probably keep note of is my BPFSL, as I discovered in another thread, where some of the vets gave
    me some insights as to the benefit of doing so. My BPFSL was 7.8 last week and measured it there now and it was 8 inches, so
    happy days
    Hopefully those gains are seen in erect gains soon enough.

      I guess no one replied because they are jelly of your big penis . Back to the topic SO you actually gained half of an inch while using Phallosan forte ? on avarge how many months you spend using the product? I can't get the rough estimate of months since you this depend of hours

        I just found your thread now, great post...Congrats of your .2 BPFSL gains, at least shows that you are still gaining in one way or another. Do you have any advice on how to make the sleeves last longer or find a substitute to the condom sleeve? That is way too fucking expensive...

        piwollo he was also doing manuals, could be from both or just increased EQ.

          The condom sleeves are actually pretty sturdy enough. Make sure you put baby powder on them everytime you put on the device I would say. The condom sleeves feel quite fragile or thin without the powder, but with it it seems to give them a coat. I can't explain it too well, but you will see yourself. Just take your time everytime you are winding the condom sleeve back, if you are in a rush, STOP, calm down and take your time. If you think it is rolling back incorrectly, roll it back down and try again. You will get the hang of doing it in no time. You can definitely feel the pull from the device, so it definitely works. There are so many ins and outs to it, I would recommend having a look at the phallosan support thread. Who knew that there would be that many complications or issues with it haha. Anyway, good luck with your progress, remember with this device you really need to put in the hours to see the gains.

          Piwollo, I started doing PE manuals with the Phallosan, gained the half inch in 7 weeks. I have not measured since then because I have been off porn and my EQ is terrible without it at the moment. My EQ is only any good when I am with my girlfriend, luckily enough. My flaccid stretch length shocked me at 8 inches though. I didn't measure it at the start of my PE journey, but I would take a guess that it was probably less than 7.5 inches.

              Ok decided to get out the ruler because it was exactly a month since my last measurement, and guess what, I am up another 1/8 of an inch, woohoo. BPEL 7.375, so so close to 7.5, which I didn't think would be possible for at least 6 months!

                  Diesel has started using Autoextender sleeves , can cut them down and make 3 for PF from 1 sleeve .                     Logged 20 hours in the phallosan today, longest yet, and it feels good. My dick feels tired and worked, but he will just have to deal with it haha.
                    Also did 20 minutes of wet jelqs and 30 minutes of manual stretches.

                          Today is my rest day from using the phallosan. First week of the experiment, myself being the Variable/rest day user of the product, and I logged 78 hours.
                          My experiences to date with the product have been good and positive, no negative PIs whatsoever. Able to bang my girlfriend perfectly well over the weekend, so all is good in the hood. I think I will try to measure my erect length and BPFSL once a month if it is possible. My last measurement was BPEL 7.375, and BPSFL was 8 inches. These were measured on 24/10/2013. So I will try to measure around the 24th of every month to keep track and will keep note of my weekly synopsis or PIs of using the product in this manner.

                              Nice one man. I was looking at your cig wondering why your stretched flaccid was so much longer than your erect length then I saw you wrote about it on the first post of the log. Is that basically because of eq? I want to really focus in getting a 10eq cuz i really want my erect length the same e as stretched flaccid.
