    Well, I'm almost done with a 2 month decon break, so I thought I would start my new thread for 2013.

    I took a decon break for 2 reasons:
    1) 14 months straight of dedicated PE
    2) start of a new business that has needed a lot of my time

    Things are finally hitting the point where I'll be able to start back up very soon, so now I have to decide whether or not to jump back into hanging, or work on girth for a while. Admittedly, girth is what I need most (currently around 5.3" EG), but I enjoy length work so much more - hanging especially. I guess I have some thinking to do over the next few days before starting back up..

    I am very interested to see your gains for this year! very inspirational! are you going to be hanging only or are you going to extend as well?
    Starting:
    BPFL: 4.5 in / FG: 4.5 in
    BPEL: 7.0 in / EG: 5.5 in

    Current:
    BPFL: 5.0 in / FG: 4.75 in
    BPEL: 7.6 in / EG: 5.6 in

    Goal:
    BPFL: 6.0 in / FG: 5.0 in
    BPEL: 9.5 in / EG: 6.5 in

      Not sure yet, just going to work on easing back into a routine over the next couple of weeks - mainly focusing on hanging. After about a month I'll probably start throwing the extender back in as well. Thanks for the well wishes!

        First day back. 4 x 20 minutes hanging (Seated SD, BTC was a bit too intense to start back with). Did 5 lbs the first set, then 7.5 lbs the rest of the sets. I should be good and sore tomorrow!

          Not too sore from yesterday surprisingly. I noticed that my tunica is a bit sore while I was jelqing but that was about it

          4x20 minutes @ 7.5 lbs. Probably going to hang aroudn this weight for the next week.

            Still not all that sore. Got my hanging out of the way first thing again. Moved up to 10 lbs today quite comfortably.

            4x20 minuts @ 10 lbs. First 3 sets seated SD, last set BTC

            150 wet jelqs

              Had the house to myself today and a bunch of time to kill, so I did a hanging marathon

              7 x 20 minute sets @ 10 lbs. Mostly seated SD, but did a few BTC as well.

              200 wet jelqs

              Now lets see if I'm a bit sore tomorrow!

                  Hmm.. Surprisingly I'm not sore at all yet.. I was thinking I would have gotten at least a little sore, especially since I just came off a 2 month break. I may have to up the weight a little sooner than I thought I would have to

                    Have you considered SU before you increase the weight for SD?

                      I've considered it, but there is something about OTS hanging that I just don't like. I keep telling myself to put a pulley up, but I've been kind of dragging my feet. I might put more focus on fulcrums for a while and see how that does, but at the moment I'm still working more towards getting my soft tissues conditioned back up again!

                            normally 10 minutes. this lets me get 2 sets per hour.

                              Short day today, but wanted to at least get in a couple of sets..

                              2 x 20 minutes @ 12.5 lbs.. 1 set seated SD, 1 set BTC

                              EDIT:
                              Snuck in another 20-minute set just before bed, 20 minutes seated SD @ 10 lbs.
