    First of thank you for reading my log hope you enjoy it!

    A bit of background information

    I had a log before but I didn't stick with my routine. I changed my long-term goal also. My goal is 8,5 x 6,5 now (previous 9 x 6), but I will be more than happy when I reach the magical 8 x 6.

    I started in August 2011 and I've gained 0,2' in length and 0,6' in girth already. So I'm 9 months in now. I gained this being inconsistent, I hope I will gain quicker being consistent, time will tell .

    I've changed my routine a lot, and tried different exercises. Still what worked best for me is listed below.

    The routine

    I'm gonna start off with:

    5 minutes jelqing
    5 minutes horse squeezes
    200 JAI-stretches, grabbing my dick at the base
    2 minutes of stretching and massaging my ballsack/balls
    2 minutes of fire starters

    Every week I will increase the minutes of jelqing and horse squeezes with 30 seconds.

    This routine is pretty easy, but I want to start very slow because I can overtrain very easily I've learned in the past.

    Oh, and no warmup, my dick gets too tired when I warm up. It's a very basic routine, I'm gonna use low pressure while jelqing and doing horse squeezes. I'm in it for the long run. My cock will get used to the tension and this will very slowly increase. I think my dick is also conditioned to PE. In the past I even did mandingo stretches, inward stretches, etc.

    My lifestyle

    I'm gonna make a checklist with all things that need to be done everyday. You will notice that during the weekends a lot of these things won't be achieved because in the weekends I go out mostly.

    Drinking 2,5 liters of water
    Eat 5-6 meals
    Drink 2 glasses of milk daily
    Take my multivitaminpill
    Drink 2 cups of green thea
    9 hours of sleep

    This to start with, along the way it will probably change, I will probably add some more things but first I need to get used to the lifestyle.

    After my exams (end of june), i'm gonna start working out again and running 3 times a week. I'll create a new section called gym then.

    Basically I want to organise my life again, and create a healthy vicious circle of improvement for the rest of my life.

    Self Improvement

    I will try to read atleast 3 books about seduction/sexual techniques/working out/social skills/you name it/... or 1 DVD set of the things listed earlier every month.

    This doesn't seem like much but it's much to me because I have a very busy school life.

    Love life

    I'm gonna post stuff here that could be beneficial to remember for the future .. I'm gonna be honest and open. You will see that my love life isn't that spectacular (still a virgin at the moment), ...

    That's all for now... I hope I can live up to these standards and become a better person following this sheet daily. I also hope I can inspire people to improve themselves (even) more.

    And yes, my title should be 8,5 x 6,5 my bad!

    The routine

    went well. dick feels warm and hangs well. Still 50 JAI-stretches to go but I'm gonna do them the next time I need to take a piss.
    Jelqing and horse squeezes at around 80%. Dick was too excited, just waiting untill this gets better over time.

    Nothing much. She's still happy, I'm happy. Haven't had intercourse because of my skin problem on my dick. I think it's from bruising myself during puberty.       The routine

      Felt good. I really enjoyed it. My dick was more relaxed this time, perhaps still tired from the workout yesterday? I'll keep it in mind and pay attention to it.

      It is hard to push blood all the way from the base upwards. I can't get all the way against my body, pubes are in the way. I need to shave that. I prefer trimming, but I'm scared that I'll cut myself (my skin/ligaments is very loose lately at the base, I hope this means my dick is becoming more flexible, so I can stretch him out, my inner dick.). I'll see what I can do, hope to be able to do this this week.

        The routine

        No routine today. I haven't touched my dick this day, sort of speak. I really let him rest, no firestarters, nothing!!!
        I can tell you this: he's on fire!!! He's very warm, my balls hang very low, wich I like + ballsack is also warm. I don't hope this is a sign of overtraining but rather a sign of improvement.               The routine


              WAS INTENSE!! Howly shit. my dick was warm, flexible, bit of skin turned red, ... When I quit my squeezes my dick was on fire! My balls are also still very warm, I could feel that both my balls are against each other, I don't hope this is bad or anything?

                The routine

                Wasn't as good as always. I have a lot on my mind lately and I didn't enjoy it actually. It was more of a *sigh, I need to do this-moment .. He looked good afterwards, girthier, but that wow-feeling is gone.

                    But that's the whole point, I THINK it's skin discolouration. But I have it for a veryyy looooong time. I'm scared to go visit the doctor.                       The routine

                      I'm on rest now. I had some good PI's this morning, dick was semi-erect the whole morning. During the day he also wanted to get erect a couple of times.                           Thanks for the tip! As soon as I have some money I will buy it. I've searched it already and my local drug store has it. It looks promising!

                          Is it easy to work with? jelqing with oil? Because the description of the product says "it absorbs very quick and doesn't leave a fat surface on the skin". I've always used cocoa butter, wich is great, but the oil has probably better ingredients in it..

                              Was the best one so far! I had crazy endurance, my dick didn't get tired at all, I felt like I could jelq 30 minutes or more!!! .. I applied a lot of pressure today, I hope I didn't fatigue him or anything but he still feels good. I almost came during the squeezes .. It felt really good!! He felt really warm inside .. I think this is a good sign.
