    Hey everyone,

    Glad to be a part of this community! I discovered PE earlier this year, but I didn't take action on it until now. I've been doing PE for about a month now, but I decided to start this log to help me keep track of progress and get feedback from the community.

    Starting Stats: 5" X 4" BPEL/EG
    Short-term Goal: 7" X 5" BPEL/EG
    Long-term Goal: 8" X 5.75" BPEL/EG

    The routine that I have been following is Ultimate Burrito's The Way of the Burrito. Kudos to him for setting up that routine! Right now, I'm all manual, but next month I'm hoping to get a Quick Extender Pro and a Bathmate HydroMax.

    Expect me to post everyday but if that gets to repetitive, I'll switch to once a week.

    I'll also be posting any updates to this first post.

        15 minutes of jelqing -- starting jelqing for time instead of reps because I saw that a lot of people found that to be more helpful
