    Thread in construction

    My goals are aesthetic, but mainly i will focus on having a more soft head.

    Beginning
    BPEL: 18,75cm
    MSEG: 14,25cm
    Head diameter x hight: 4 x 3,5cm

    Goals
    BPEL: 22cm
    MSEG: 15,5cm
    Head diameter x hight: 4,5 x 3,8xcm


    Routine week 1:
    hot pad 5min

    A. Stretching + Kegels: quick warming up.
    Left x 15
    Right x 15
    Downwards x 15
    Upwards x 15

    B. Circles

    Circles to the left x 10 (no kegels)
    Circles to the right x 10 (no kegels)

    C. Stretching + Kegels
    : maintaining 1sec
    Left x 10
    Right x 10
    Downwards x 10
    Upwards x 10


    D. Jelqing: 3sec per jelqx 30 left-handed,
    x 30 right-handed

    rest 5min

    E. Squeeze: 15sec per squeeze
    5x

    rest 5min

    F. Clamping: making blood circulation each 5min
    5x5min


    To do list this week:
    1. Read saefty first section
    2. Buy a clamping device (thight cockring?)
    3. Info to avoid curving
    4. Buying a micro-wave and a rice pack!

      I meant, for a softer penetration. I want to work on a bigger head in order to have not a rod when penetrating, but something a bit more soft. does it makes any sens?

            I red about kegel and understood that I do lot of kegel while in relation, masturbating: I may have hard flaccid. And I red too that stretching + kegel is not a good idea. I switch my warm up for stretching. I'll add reverse kegel and breathing. Though I don't have problem, I don't want to go into diagnostics and having a relation to pegym as performing. I want to have fun when doing exercise. So for next month, I'll continue with the flow. of various activity, low intensity, a lot of volum.


            Routine week 2-4:
            Hot water 5min. (while waiting for a bathmate, I put my dfriend into a warm cup.)

            A. Stretching: quick warming up. (x2)
            Left 30sec
            Right 30sec
            Downwards 30sec
            Upwards 30sec
            Put my dfriend into the cup 30 sec. + second stretching round.

            B. Circles

            Circles to the left x 10
            Circles to the right x 10
            C. Jelqing: 3sec per jelq
            x 30 left-handed,
            x 30 right-handed

            rest 2min + warming.

            This is the basic, then I add various activities.

            Alterning:
            D: 3 days, E: 2 days, F: 2 days

            D. Squeeze
            : 15sec per squeeze
            5x

            E. Clamping: making blood circulation each 5min
            5x5min

            F. Reverse Kegel and/or breathing front and back.
            5-10min

            5 day per week. Since I red about virtues, I'll go more slow and unfocus on gaining.
            I may do high intensity squeeze 2 days, for creating new tissue, and lower intensity 1-3 days a week, for stretching and blood flow.
            And I will clamp 2 days per week.
            Though I've done many kegel, and started a month ago (by week -2) by doing jelq and kegel in an unstructured way, I must switch a bit my mind. Slow down, observe my pelvic floor dans letting it go. Breath from there and change of focus.

            Advancement of the week:
            1. Read saefty first section:
            -Done, I took 3 pages of intuitives notes
            keeping in mind to switch focus from performing to marathoning, so I must take pleasure into the slow run.
            2. Buy a clamping device (thight cockring?):
            -Done, I bought silicones 4 sized-pack cockring. I made a mistake buying the Gely one-sized medium and it was not enough thight for flaccid clamping and did broke: don't buy gelly ones.
            3. Info to avoid curving
            -Not done. I don't have curve, it was preventing, so maybe in 2 or 3 months I'll read about it.
            4. Buying a micro-wave and a rice pack!
            -Still Waiting. I bought bathmate.


            Next Month:
            1. Reading more about balancing kegel - reverse kegel and creating an appropriate routine for me.

            2. Receiving and adapting to my bathmate

            3. Though I dropped intensity I'll read about incrinsing intensity.

            4. Reading on how to have an erection and maintaining it with not many action or sensation.


            For my goals. I think I overestimated my measurements at beggining.
