    again, have been working on getting the base lateral ligaments loosened up while pyramiiding the weight up and down. have been using a vibrating massager which seems to make a pretty big difference. But i dont think im getting adequate intensity in since im not having pre-set heavy weight goals for a day, i get it that its not necessarily right to just chase heavy weight but i think trying to stick to lower weights can be a trap as it is easy to get
    lackadaisical without weight goals in place

      going to start recording only top working sets which is where the growth happens. i got too caught up in my warming up and cool down sets thinking that the volume at those lower weights matter but i am now convinced they dont. BPSL inside the extender has been dropping down to around 8,25" so ive been loosing ground. I have to go back to the heavy weight.

          hanging heavy again and this is the only way to go. BPSFL was close to 9.0" towards end of the day without doing any pre-measurement manual stretching

            got carried away with pumping today, was nearly 6.0" UEG at end of session but that was with edema.

                      getting irritation in lateral ligament area, need to get to where i can hang without this issue so i will be hanging lighter for a bit. going to look into getting stronger heating blanket for warm ups

                          intensity has plummeted this week due to life issues, but life is what it is boys. i have not stopped though. this hanger has gotten put on everyday for some months now. and it will keep getting put on every day. i will get 8" NBPEL my friends. lets get these gains
