    Did you make those gains from years ago solely with the extender or did you have a wider range of methods to gain your length? Wonder if its the extender that is something that can create gains or just restore.

      Currently around NBPEL 7.0"

      So my gains back in the day (roughly 1.00-1.50" BPEL were from various methods
      -initial 1.0" : early extensive phallosan forte use and nightly water pumping for most newbie gains, then heavy LGhanger use up to 10lb hanging SD typically with phallosan forte use during daytime
      -last 0.50" : intense manual stretching, daily bibhanger, and clamping

        Extender use intensity is much lower right now due to work constraints, hoping to up the intensity soon but I am still around BPSL 8.0" in the extender. Not doing any pumping at the moment

                    have to hold off on the girth work for a few days. length work is feeling plateaued right now, but this is really more of a consolidation period I guess.

                    will not take any days off hanging or wearing extender. I will hang every day regardless of whatever time constraints are present

                    BPEL still averaging 8.0"
