    Dear peer trainers,

    Iím very grateful to meet you guys here when I tried to search for some personal experiences of using Bathmate before deciding if I should buy my own one. After 2 months of learning and conditioning, I feel Iím also accountable for sharing my experience for both the community and my better tracking. The opportunity and motivation for PE are that my girlfriend and I are in long distance now so that I can spare some time to prepare a big surprise for her

    06/05/2020 Edit: Iíve broken up with my girlfriend after half a year of long distance. Sheís a bitch, but there are other girls on the planet so my training must go on.
    07/12/2020 Edit: I no longer resent my ex-girlfriend because I
    realised that hypergamy is just the human nature, it shouldn't be regarded as bad or personal. I can either lump it or accept it, and try to play the hypergamous game well.

    As I mentioned, I started my PE from buying a Bathmate along with some manual stretching in order to have some gains in length as well. About two months later, I decided to buy a Phallosan since I feel that manual stretching alone may not be enough and itís difficult to do manual stretching from the perspectives of both time and techniques. Of course, in order to improve the overall performance of my penis, I also add edging and Kegel into my routine to increase EQ and stamina. I will update my measurements, routines and thoughts here. Hope we can share useful information

    PE Routine on a Monthly Basis:
    23/02/2020-21/03/2020: This is the starting period of my PE when I got my Bathmate and started to condition my penis by gradually increase the vacuum strength and time in Bathmate. Therefore, the routine is basically less than 10 minutes of Bathmate and light manual stretching afterwards.
    22/03/2020-18/04/2020: 3 * 5 minutes of Bathmate with (mostly) full erection, followed by 3 * 5 minutes of manual stretching.
    19/04/2020-16/05/2020: Using Phallosan 6 days on and 1 day off plus the 15-minute Bathmate and stretching. (Accumulative Phallosan hours: 167.5)
    17/05/2020-13/06/2020: Using Phallosan everyday plus 2-day-on-1-day-off 15-minute Bathmate and stretching. (Accumulative Phallosan hours: 386)
    14/06/2020-11/07/2020: Using Phallosan everyday plus 2-day-on-1-day-off 15-minute Bathmate and stretching plus Kegels & reverse Kegels. (Accumulative Phallosan hours: 588)
    12/07/2020-08/08/2020: Using Phallosan everyday plus 2-day-on-1-day-off 15-minute Bathmate and stretching plus Kegels & reverse Kegels. (Accumulative Phallosan hours: 877.5)
    09/08/2020-05/09/2020: Using Phallosan everyday plus 2-day-on-1-day-off 15-minute Bathmate and bundled stretching plus Kegels & reverse Kegels. (Accumulative Phallosan hours: 1142.5) #from this month I could really see some significant girth gains comparing to previous months. Bundle stretch works good on girth.
    06/09/2020-03/10/2020: Using Phallosan everyday plus 2-day-on-1-day-off 15-minute Bathmate and bundled stretching plus Kegels & reverse Kegels. (Accumulative Phallosan hours: 1394)
    04/10/2020-31/10/2020: Using Phallosan everyday plus 2-day-on-1-day-off 15-minute Bathmate and bundled stretching plus Kegels & reverse Kegels. (Accumulative Phallosan hours: 1593)
    01/11/2020-28/11/2020: Using Phallosan everyday plus 2-day-on-1-day-off 15-minute Bathmate and bundled stretching plus Kegels & reverse Kegels. (Accumulative Phallosan hours: 1833)#Though the growing rate decreased, I can feel that my flaccid length has increased, which should be a good sign for the future gains. Besides, my girth is stably increasing, so I'm not disappointed about the result of the recent two months.

    25/04/2020:

    Today is the 6th day of using Phallosan, but I wore it for 8 hours. Yes I skipped the “5 hours day” and “7 hours day” as the instruction suggests because I‘ve done some manual stretching which should be a legit substitution for conditioning and there was no any signs of blisters etc. in the past several days.

    In the evening, there are still Bathmate training and manual stretching for 15 minutes respectively.

      27/04/2020:

      Wearing Phallosan for about 10 hours.

      2 * 5 minutes of Bathmate session. One thing to notice is that I found 2 small blisters at the base after the second set, so I give up the third set. Thatís the first time I see blisters. Luckily theyíre very small, so I donít think thatís a sign of overtraining because I can still easily get a full boner. Therefore, I plan to replace Bathmate sessions with jelq until the two blisters go away.

      3 * 5 minutes of manual stretching.

          The air leakage while using Phallosan is driving me crazy. I need to re-pump the bell from time to time. I gotta find a way to resolve this problem.

            I figured out that shaving my pubic hair is the single most effective method to alleviate loss of suction.

                Wearing Phallosan for 10 hours.

                Jelqing for 150 strokes.

                Stretching for 3 * 5 minutes.

                there is one very subtle blister at the base, so I decided to change to jelqing, which I guess I’m not doing 100% correct because my penis didn’t really feel anything after the jelqing session.

                  Hi, do you wear phallosan continuous or take breaks?

                    The Phallosan sleeves are expensive.
                    To start with, keep your finger nails trimmed short. They’re terror on sleeves.
                    Look up on the PF site on the correct way to apply the bell and sleeve. Roll up and down the sleeve.
                    Most of the time if I have a leak, there’s a pin sized hole in the sleeve near the bell.
                    I have a couple of damaged sleeves and am going to try some silicone glue and to repair.
                    will see if it works.
                    Sometimes I’m not really girthy for a good fit, and a short pump session gains a better seal.

                      I don’t intentionally take breaks but I drink a lot of water, so I usually take it off to go to toilets every hour.

                        Unfortunately I’ve broken one on the day I was trying small sleeves That was so tight that I just couldn’t find a way to get it out without pulling my dick off other than cutting the sleeve... The good thing though is that I think I will never need a small sleeve again.

                        I totally agree we need to trim nails short to prevent breaking the sleeves especially when rolling over the bell.

                        Other threads in this forum suggest that some silicone sleeves sold in other places are legit alternatives for Phallosan sleeves, you may search for them if you need.

                          Wearing Phallosan for 3.5 hours.

                          3 * 5 minutes of Bathmate & stretching.

                          I forgot to mention that if a day is a PE day, meaning with Bathmate & stretching sessions, I do a set of kegels/reverse Kegels before getting up. I’ll add this routine to the first page.

                            I found that applying some lotion after intense PE training is quite comfortable.
