    Having a good weekend so far and was able to have a productive session today. I was even able to switch things up a bit.
    After warm up and directional stretches, I decided to try 15 JAI stretches, followed by 4 flaccid bends, and 5 min Viking kegels. I was happy enough with that but I added 250 jelqs along with 50 v jelqs. Then did one pump of 8 min.
    Overall I had a great session and Iíve been able to change and adapt to the time Iím given. Excited to have things continue and see whatís in store!

      Finished the weekend off with another good session where I made some great progress!
      After a good warm up and directional stretches for 40 seconds, I was able to do 3 A stretches for 20 seconds, then 4 flaccid bends for 20 seconds.
      I decided to pump for 5 min on medium pressure to get ready for jelqs. Then was able to reach 300 jelqs and 50 v jelqs! I then decided to try a 5 erect stretches. I was super happy with that, but then I got to do a 12 min pump with warm water that just felt perfect, I couldnít resist adding a little time.
      After todayís session Iíve been having a lot of erections and Iím pleased with the sessions Iíve been having lately.

        Was able to get another great session in today but did have to cut a bit short.
        My routine was going ok after warming up and directional stretches, I did a few flaccid bends and internal stretches. Then moved on to 5 min of Viking kegels then manual exercises. I did 200 jelqs an 40 v jelqs, before fishing with a 8 min pump with warm water!
        II had a good session today even thought I had to cut it a few minutes short. Glad to see what tomorrow brings!

          After two days off I was back on yesterday to do a solid session even if I had to shorten it a bit.
          Started with a good warm up and directional stretches then I had to move on to A stretches and flaccid bends. Those went by fast and were pretty good, so I moved in to jelqs, I did 200 jelqs followed by 50 v jelqs. I was running low on time so I did one pump of 5 min and a quick cool down.
          Iíve been happy with my routine lately and Iíve been experiencing more erections lately at maximum hardness. Me and my lady sure are enjoying all the benefits PE has brought in our lives.

            Had to take off yesterday after a long day at work. Back in today with a great length session that was quick on time, but got a lot done.
            After a good warm up of 5 min I did the directional stretches for 30 seconds then immediately went into 3 A stretches of 30 seconds and 3 internal stretches of 20 sec.
            Things were going well so I did 5 min of Viking kegels then moved on to manual exercises.
            I was able to do 200 slow jelqs taking about 3 sec each jelq, then worked in 50 v jelqs.
            Lastly I did a warm up pump of 5 min on medium pressure, then a heavy pump on high pressure for 8 min. Then a 5 min cool down.
            Today session has been great and Iíve had a big rise in my libido the past few days! This routine is working and Iím enjoying every min of it.

              Finished off the weekend with a good workout followed up by a great PE session. Was able to get a lot of work done and pumping went especially well today!
              After waking up to morning sex, I very cheerful today and had a great work out of cardio and weight training. I then moved on to PE with a good warm up and directional stretches followed by flaccid bends and internal stretches.
              I decided to do a 5 min pump then on medium pressure before doing Manuel exercises. I worked in 200 jelqs and 50 v jelqs before finishing in a 10 min pump on high pressure that went very well.
              Today marked another great PE session for me and with all the sex my girl and I have been having itís definitely paying off.

                Yesterday I was able to work in another solid session after a long day at work.
                After my warmup and directional stretches for 30 seconds, I moved on to internal stretches for 20 seconds followed by flaccid bends for 30 seconds. I then did a 5 min pump on medium pressure, then I began the manual exercises.
                I worked in 200 jelqs and 50 v jelqs, then finished with a 8 min pump on high pressure and a cool down.
                Iíve been getting slot of benefit from my training and canít wait to keep it up after a few rest days!

                  Took two days off then back on yesterday.

                  I was short on time so I had to quickly get thru the session but it was still productive and I canít wait for this weekend!

                    Had to take a day off because of family and stuff. Back on today with a solid length session.
                    I decided to shorten my time today by doing a quick warm up and directional stretches, followed by flaccid bends and A stretches. That had me ready to go, so I worked in 200 jelqs and skipped the v jelqs today. Finished with one 8 min pump then a cool down.
                    Things have been going well for me lately and Iíve been having sex multiple times a day. Me and my lady have been enjoying the weekend!!

                      I had another good length session to finish the weekend off. I worked in some good pumping and stretching!
                      After my warm up of 5 min and 30 sec directional stretches I did 3 internal stretches for 20 seconds and 4 flaccid bends also for 20 seconds. I then did Viking kegels for 5 min.
                      I did a quick 5 min pump on medium pressure before manual exercises.
                      I decided to do 60 v jelqs followed by 250 slow jelqs. I took my time with these and really wanted to get quality reps. Finished with a 8 min pump on high pressure and a 5 min cool down.
                      Everything going well so far, I might be adding more to my routine, but for now all is good.

                        Yesterday was able to get in another solid session with some extra pumping.
                        After warm up and directional stretches I did a few internal stretches followed by flaccid bends for 20 seconds. I then did a 5 min pump before starting jelqs. I did 200 jelqs and 40 v jelqs then finished with a 10 min pump and cool down.
                        Iíve been having consistent gains the past few weeks and I look forward to my next session.

                          Took off 3 days for rest but back on today with another length session.
                          After a warm up and directional stretches I worked in 3 30 sec internal stretches followed by 4 flaccid bends for 20 seconds. I then went into a easy 5 min pump and began jelqs.
                          I was able to do 200 slow jelqs and about 50 v jelqs. Then I decided to do a few double jelqs before finishing with a 10 min pump.
                          All in all this session went well and I hope to continue this routine over a long weekend.

                            Yesterday was able to get in a solid length session before a bbq with family.
                            I had to rush a bit so after warm up and directional stretches for 30 seconds, I quickly worked in 3 internal stretches for 20 seconds and then A stretches for 20 seconds too. I then did a quick 5 min pump before working in 250 slow jelqs and 50 V jelqs. I decided to finish in a 10 min pump on hard pressure and I really felt some growth when pumping. Today Iíll have to squeeze in another session, but so far this week has been good to me! I hope everyone is having a great week also!!

                              Finished routine off right this weekend with a great girth session.
                              I did a normal warm up and directional stretches then proceeded to get in some compression before about 15 horse squeezes. I was feeling good so I did 3 30 second ULIs and a few erect stretches before doing a 8 min pump.
                              I had to cut things short today but I was happy with my routine and progress so far.

                                Back on today after some time off. I was able to get up to 200 slow jelqs and 50 v jelqs. But I started with warm up and directional stretches followed by internal stretches, flaccid bends and Viking kegels. I also managed to fit in two pumping session fir a total of 20 min in pump. Excited to be back on the routine and looking forward to next session.
