    Today was the end of my weekly schedule and I finished up with a good girth session. Did the normal warm up and directional stretches, then git in some A stretches and flaccid bends.
    Finally did a 5 min pump followed by 5 compression, 10 horse squeeze and 3 ULI, ending in a 10 min pump.
    Feeling good after a productive week of PE and taking next two days off.

      Took past 3 days off but yesterday was able to get back on with my routine. I did the usual warm up with directional stretches. Then moved on to A stretches, internal, flaccid bends, and finished with a 8 min pump. The routine had to be cut short abut but was still able to do 200 jelqs and 40 v jelqs.
      Hoping to be more consistent the next few days and eager to get back on with routine and keep growing!

        Did another great length session today after a long day of labor. After warm up and directional stretches I got in 4 A stretches, 4 flaccid bends, 3 internal stretches, and Viking kegels for 5 min. Then a pump for 5 min got me all set to go for 250 jelqs and 40 v jelqs. I took my time and made sure to really work myself and could feel the fatigue coming on so I finished in pump for 10 min.
        Things have been going great so far and although Iím due for a break, Iím gonna keep going for now. Iím having hard onís all the time and the sex with my girl is incredible! Definitely sticking with this!!

          Finishing the weekend off great with a length session that went incredibly well! Iíve been able to stay in the perfect jelq range recently and today I worked up to 300!
          I started with the warm up today of 5-6 min in warm shower, then directional stretches for 40 seconds. After that I worked in 3 A stretches for 30 sec each, followed by 4 internal stretches for 30 sec. Finally I got to 4 flaccid bends of 25 sec.
          I moved on to jelqs, like I said before, I was really in the zone and was able to get to 200 easily, so I moved on to 300 jelqs followed by 50 v jelqs.
          I then finished off with two pumps of 5 min on medium pressure with warm water. Then a amazing 12 min pump with semi hot water on medium to high pressure. I was super hard and continue to get healthy erections daily. Iím truly greatful to be getting all the benefits of my training recently. Iíll keep it up as long as I can!

            Had another solid length session today, but had to cut it a bit short unfortunately. However, I was able to get in some good stretching and plenty of jelqs.
            I began with my warm up in shower and 30 sec directional stretches. Followed by 4 flaccid bends of 30 seconds and 3 internal stretches same time. Then I moved on to 200 slow jelqs and 50 v jelqs. I like to take my time on the jelqs to move as much blood as possible and maximize the workout.
            I finished in the pump for 7 min, but I had a major hard on that made the pump better. I canít wait to continue tomorrow for my final day before some time off and my birthday.

              Today marks final day of my routine before a few days off. Iíve been experiencing a lot of benefits of PE laity and Iíve been blessed to increase my EQ and penis size. Just glad to be on this site and to have found out about all of this.
              After my usual warm up, I did my directional stretches and moved on to 4 flaccid bends for 30 sec. I followed up with 3 internal stretches and a few A stretches. I then worked all the way up to 300 jelqs and was able to get 50 v jelqs in. I then transition to the pump where I did a 5 min pump on medium pressure, then a 10 min pump on high pressure with warm water
              Iíve been having a blast recently in my routine and Iíve been able to get more done in less time. Maybe Iíll have to work in some new exercises?

                cabba, quick question, do u pump erect or flaccid? I have an issue, since I reached my 6" goal , i cant pump more than 6 in the chamber ( if i try the skin gets sucked in). When im erect it can go up to 6.5" . Any idea on the matter? Btw good luck and keep working it 😉 im kinda jealous of that monster of yours haha. Cheers!!!

                  Thanks for the kind words and comments! I always pump fully erect or at least mostly erect. Sometime my skin or balls get tight while pumping so Iíll have to readjust the pump to be more comfortable. Iím not exactly sure why thatís happening to you but maybe try different angles with pump to find one thatís comfortable and not bothering you. Good luck in your journey!! Thanks again!

                    I go in flaccid, but heard someone saying erect is better. Can u just tell me until what length u pump? Urs is 7.45" , so u reach 8" ? 8.45" ?

                      Yea going in erect is much better because it gives you a better stretch and more blood flow in penis. I usually pump on medium pressure till Iím around 7.75Ē, on high pressure Iíll reach 8Ē, I try not to pump to hard to injure myself.

                        Back on yesterday after a few days off, able to do a good length session with some pumping.
                        My usual warm up and directional stretches have been treating me well so I did those, then moved on to flaccid bends and internal stretches. I was short on time so I immediately went on to 200 jelqs and 50 v jelqs before finishing with one 8 min pump.
                        Looking forward to getting some more work in this weekend and hope to keep up my growth so far.

                          Today had another good length session and was able to really get into my pumping.
                          Did the warm up and directional stretches followed by a short 3 min pump. Then I was able to get in some internal stretches, flaccid bends, and 5 min of Viking kegels.
                          After that I was feeling great, so I added a 6 min pump on medium pressure and then moved on to jelqs. I did 250 slow jelqs and 50 v jelqs. Then I was ready for a great pump of 12 min on medium to high pressure. I was really hard while pumping and was able to reach up to 7.75Ē in pump.
                          The session today has been great and Iíve been getting a lot of erections lately. Me and my lady are taking advantage of it and Iíll continue to put in the work!

                            Not a lot of time today, so I was forced to do a shorter girth session. I did the same warm up with directional stretches, then immediately did some internal stretches and flaccid bends. Next I followed up with a 5 min pump on medium pressure.
                            I moved on to manual portion of my session with 10 horse squeeze, 5 compression and 3 ULI . I then did a great 10 min pump on medium to high pressure and was really able to get everything out of the pump. This weekend has been great for my PE and my sex life. Hoping this next week is just as good!!

                              Took off 2 days, but back on today after a great length session. I was a bit short of time but, was able to really get a lot of work in.
                              I started with the basic warm up and directional stretches, followed by 3 sets of 30 second internal stretches. Then I decided to do 4 flaccid bends of 30 seconds and did a quick 5 min warm up pump. I moved on to manual work that was 200 slow jelqs and 60 v jelqs followed by a 8 min pump to end the session. Did a 5 min cool down.
                              Glad Iím back on with my training and hope this week is good for me. Looking forward to getting the most out of my training.

                                Unfortunately I had to skip yesterday to deal with work and family. Back in tonight, where I had a quality length session and great evening as well!
                                Started with usual warm up and directional stretches, then was able to get in 3 internal stretches of 30 seconds. Followed up by 4 flaccid bends of 20 seconds and a light pump of 5 min. Then the manual portion began with 40 v jelqs and 225 slow jelqs. Ended in a 8 min pump on medium pressure.
                                Had a great week at work and got paid well so me and my lady have been living it up and enjoying our time together! Happy to see what this weekend holds for us all!!
