    Thanks to both of you for the kind words! Iíve been pumping for just over a year, started slowly after I had completed JP90 and made my own routine after trial and error of different exercises. At first I only used it during girth sessions to help stay hard and give myself a plump feeling. After a few weeks I started to use it in all of my routines and periodically on rest days.
    Iíve really taken to the bathmate pump after my initial use of it, I really enjoyed it and thought it made big improvements in my progress. I definitely recommend to anyone whoís looking to add girth or is interested in pumps.
    Definitely try out a few different stretches before to see if that improves growth, but you donít necessarily need to wait to use a pump. Basically I used it earlier in my journey because I heard good things and it just feels good for me!

      Back on the routine today and I was able to get a good amount of stretching done. I did 1 min directional stretches 5 ways, 30 seconds A stretch, 5 internal stretch for 20 seconds, and 4 flaccid bends. Then worked in 5 min pump, 200 slow jelqs with 50 v jelqs, finished with a 10 min pump.
      This session was great and I feel great getting back on the routine. I took a quick measurement before and I was at 7.4 inches !! This was a great discovery and shows Iím still progressing! Iíll have to take a proper measure tomorrow to confirm final 3 month measurements!

        Had to do a quick session today to fit in around my schedule but was able to do a decent girth workout. Did usual warm up with directional stretches, then did a few A stretches and erect stretches. Had a good pump session where I worked in 3 sets of 5-7 min, in Between some manual exercises. Did 5 compression, 15 horse squeeze and a few Viking kegels.
        Overall a pretty good session all in all, happy I was able to get something done, rather than have to skip a day.

          Iíve been woken up to morning sex the past 2 days and my EQ has been consistently rock hard. Iíve also been working out a lot more and getting back into yoga and running. Trying to stay fit and not put to much weight on during quarantine.
          Todayís PE session was fantastic, I had to leave the pump out because I needed to save time. I proceeded to do the warm up and directional stretches for a min, then followed by 4 sets of A stretches and 5 sets of internal stretches. I finished with a few flaccid bends and 3 min of Viking kegels. Then did 250 jelqs and 50 v jelqs to end my session in a cool down.
          Itís nice not having the pump every time, Iíve been consistently hard, so I donít need it in every workout. Iíll see if I wanna use it tomorrow to finish before two rest days.
          Have to say, Iíve been really receiving a ton of benefits from my training recently and Iím proud to be putting in great gains. Measurements coming in few days.

            Yesterdayís workout was another great length session. Iíve incorporated more stretching in to the routine and lessened the number of jelqs. I did directional stretches, then 3 sets of A stretches, 2 min of JAI stretches, 5 internal stretches and finally a few kegels. Then got 200 jelqs in, along with 50 v jelqs and 10 double jelqs.
            I only used pump once as a finisher for 8 min at end of session. I feel this change to my routine is beneficial and so far Iíve gotten good progress. Iíll have to update my signature, because my new measurements were amazing. Iím now at bpel 7.45Ē and EG of 6Ē.

              Took last 2 days off, back on tonight where I was able to do my usual warm up and directional stretches. Then moved on to flaccid bends, 5 internal stretches, and 3 min of Viking kegels. Got in around 250 jelqs, 60 v jelqs, 12 double jelqs and finished with a 8 min pump.
              I feel the new stretches have helped big time and my new progress is to show for that. I might have to upload some new photos to compare my growth.

                Yesterday was able to do another good length session after work. The stretches seem to be working great and I seem to be aroused most of the day. I still did the warm up and directional stretches for 1 min each direction. Then I moved on to 4 flaccid bends, Viking kegels and 5 internal stretches.
                After I immediately did 250 jelqs followed by 50 v jelqs and 20 double jelqs, finished with ten min pump. So far my new stretching routine has paid off well and my increased size has given me and my woman much pleasure! Iíll have to post later about all the fun weíre having this weekend!

                  Got a solid girth session into day and tried increase bathmate usage. Did the warm up and directional stretches, then did a few horse squeeze and compression. I felt great so I added 2 sessions of pumping for 15 min total.
                  With my new length increase, Iíll have add some girth to even everything out. Iím looking forward to tomorrow and finishing my session strong.

                    Finish the regime off right today with an epic length session! I had a great work out and yoga session before a nice shower and the warm up and directional stretches.
                    I incorporated 3 A stretches, 4 flaccid bends, 3 internal stretches, 3 min Viking kegels , 250 jelqs, 50 v jelqs, 10 double jelqs.
                    Finished with a 8 min pump with warm water in medium to high pressure. Iíve been having great session recently where I stay in desired EQ easily and get a lot done in my regime.
                    Iím off the next two days but Iíll be excited to get back to training after my rest periods up.

                      Had two rest days but back on today, started with basic warm up with directional stretches. Followed by A stretches, 3 internal stretches, and some flaccid bends. Then slowly worked up to 200 jelqs and 40 v jelqs, finishing with a 8 min pump.
                      I took it slow today because I wanted to ease into the routine again and I was short on time. Canít wait for a lengthy session tomorrow!

                        You got me motivated for my workout tomorrow! I knew I wasn't the only one who sometimes enjoys PE! If everything is going to plan it really can be fun.

                        Also looking at your stats you made some solid gains especially in girth. What bathmate do you use? Do you try to pump harder over time and/or increase the length of your pumping sessions?

                          Thanks for the kind words! PE can definitely be enjoyable, especially when your making good progress!
                          Yea my girth has improved a lot since starting PE. I have a hydro max x40, itís the same as the x30 just a bit bigger, I wanted to have extra space inside. I usually pump at least twice a session first 5 min on medium pressure, then later on before cool down, I do it again for 8-10 min on higher pressure. I also use warm water and incorporate girth exercises into my routine!

                            Had to take off yesterday for personal reasons, back on today. I did another length session where I really focused and got into a solid groove.
                            I did the usual warm up of directional stretches and A stretches, then worked in internal stretches and a few flaccid bends. Then got into 300 jelqs slowly taking my time with each stroke. I wanted to make up for yesterday so I did 2 pumping sessions of 5 and 8 min.
                            Have had a busy past few days but I git a 3 day weekend from work so Iím happy to have time to myself soon!

                              Today I got in another length session that ended up being a really productive session. After my warm up and directional stretches, I decided to do 4 sets of A stretches followed by 4 flaccid bends. I also worked in a few internal stretches but finished with 5 min of Viking kegels.
                              Then I did the manual portion of my session with 200 jelqs and 50 v jelqs. I also did 2 pumping sessions of 5 and 10 min each. Although Iíve been doing the same work out daily itís been producing some great results for me and Iíll look to slowly add more pumping or jelqs back into routine.

                                Another length session today where I was able to really get into my stretching routine. After my warmup and directional stretches, I did 5 A stretches followed by 4 flaccid bends. I cooled off a bit with some JAI stretches to get ready for 4 internal stretches of 30 seconds.
                                Then I got into the manual portion of my session with 200 slow jelqs, 50 v jelqs, and 10 double jelqs. Finished the session off with one pump of 6 min, then another for 10 min. Cooled down in a nice long shower.
                                Happy with my routine lately and having a lot of success in the bedroom!! Tomorrow Iíll do a quick girth session then have a few days off.
