    Iíve been busy the past few days so I havenít been able to post every day, Iím planning on posting twice a week instead of daily. The past week Iíve been keeping up with my exercises quite regularly, 3 on 2 off. This upcoming week Iíll probably rest for a bit to allow for recovery. Iíve been stretching for much longer, between 30-45 seconds, also my pumping has been very good recently where Iíve been able to increase pressure with no issues or problems. I think my daily routine of work, gym, PE and seeing my girl has helped me a lot. Iíve been waking up to crazy morning wood and I can feel myself getting bigger. Iím excited to share a romantic weekend with my girlfriend in bed!

      Had a great session the past 3 days with a focus on length. Iíve noticed a moderate gain but, Iíll measure after this week. Iíve been spending more time on stretches and Iím up to 40 second hold and some advanced techniques like cork screws and down they legs. Also my pumping has been going great! On good days I can get up to 15 minutes at a time with warm water. I always work up to it, but I really enjoy the extra stretch it provides!

        I was able to mostly keep on track this week with my usual routine of work, gym, PE. Iím beginning to notice a little more length growth but Iím gonna wait another week for measuring. Also my EQ has been crazy, I get hard super quick and maintain it well. I have increased my pumping as I feel it really helps me during my sessions.
        Iíve worked up to a solid stretch routine if 45 seconds each direction and increased my number of jelqs to 250-300. This upcoming week will be trying, but Iím up for the challenge!!

          This week was a bit more difficult to get my sessions in because I had overtime, but I was able to power thru and get a good week in. I can feel a bit more length growth coming in and I feel the extra time I spend stretching and In the pump are paying off. Iíve been doing 45 sec stretches and corkscrews daily and think the extra tension is giving me better results. Iíll measure this week and post my new measurements!

            With everything going on I had to cut a few of my session short, but I was able to get a good amount of length work in this week and I did 5 days straight! Stretching has been productive as I keep increasing the pressure and time under tension. I feel like Iím getting into a good groove but, Iíll probably take a week off after next week. I just have a lot going on that week with work and a wedding, plus Iím over due for a break. But I luckily was able to get a good measurement last night and to my astonishment Iíve shot up almost .10 inches to a respectable 7.40 BPEL, my girth has slightly improved to 5.85 EG. Iíll have to update my signature but Iím so excited for this extra length. I can feel myself getting closer to my yearly goal of 7.5 BPEL, but Iíll keep going till I plateau or get to my goal of 8Ē!!

              Since I decided to take a few days off from work Iíve had more time to do some more PE. Iíve done the past 4 days straight which mostly included 200-250 jelqs, 50 v jelqs, 25 double jelqs and 2 pumping sessions for my length work outs. Iíve upped the pressure on the bathmate and my hands to get the most out of my length gains. Iím now right around 7.38-7.4 inches bpel and I attribute my new length with the long stretches I do before jelqs and the high number of slow jelqs I do regularly.
              Iíve been doing 3 days length followed by 1 day girth which is mostly more stretching and compression/ horse squeeze. Iíve definitely noticed length coming in but my girth has temporarily slowed. Iím gonna continue to focus on length then work on my girth after Iíve reached my goal.

                Having taken a routine of 5 days on 2 off, Iíve noticed some big growth over the past month or so and Iíve been able to consistently work on my package. Today is the start of my rest period, but I had just done a 5 day streak that consisted of 250 jelqs, 50-75 v jelqs, 30 double jelqs, along with a warm up of 1 min stretches in several directions plus a cork screw. So total Iím putting in 45-60 minutes of PE work daily. I updated my signature because Iíve taking fresh measurements and reached a new pinnacle of BPEL 7.3Ē and EG of 6Ē.
                Iíve also been edging a lot with some help from my girl, whenever we have sex I bring myself to the edge several times until I release. Iíve upped my stamina so I can now last about 30 min in bed while a few years ago I was around 10 min or less. Iím happy my routine is going well and being consistent is my key to getting bigger and sexual growth!

                  Back on yesterday and gonna continue with my 5 on 2 off routine. I did a lot in length work yesterday where I was able to do 250 jelqs (5 seconds each), 50 v jelqs, 25 double jelqs with two pumping sessions of 7 and 12 min. Iíll do same today and focus on girth this weekend. Iíve also upped my stretching to about a full minute in each direction, I believe this is whatís causing my amazing gains. Also Iíve noticed my flaccid is much more full the past week or so, maybe Iíll take another measurement next week even tho Iím not due for another few weeks.

                    The past few sessions have been doing wonders for me and my EQ is sky high. I have been doing a lot more length work and the extra time in my stretches really help me. Also Iíve added another round of pumping right after stretch to keep me plump for my jelq portion of routine. I can feel myself getting bigger and my flaccid seems longer and heavier. Iím happy to be getting these consistent results lately. Iíll keep it up until I plateau or need to take a break! But at this rate Iíll reach my goal by years end and Iíll have to see how much bigger i wanna get!!

                      Today I did a full girth session that was much needed. After focusing on length the past week or so, I wanna do some more girth to make sure i'm growing in all ways, also I don't wanna lose any of my 6" girth. I don't really need to add any, just maintain my girth size, if anything I'll get a little girthier to help cement my gains. Also my EQ is crazy and I've been having great erections on a regular basis, IDK if its my pumping or jelqs, but I'll keep up the great progress. I'll take a few days off after tomorrow to rest up for this weekend.

                        Did a great length session last night where I warmed up for 8 min, had about 10 min of stretches in all directions (1min each) with some cork screws and H stretch! But the best part was my jelqing portion, I git into a good groove and didnít want to stop, I ended up doing 325-350 of them then v jelqs and some doubles to finish. I am trying to push myself a little more than normal to see if I can maximize any gains. But Iíll take two days off to rest up and get ready for next weeks routine!!

                          Iíve been pretty consistent in my routine the past few days and itís definitely showing! Iíve adopted a 4 on 2 off routine that mostly focuses on length. I did 3 sessions of warm up, one min stretches, 5 min pump, then in to my jelq portion for about 250-350 jelqs. I really take my time on jelqs and add some v and double jelqs to give me extra length work. I always end in a 10 min pump session and a cool down, but Iíve been growing alit and measure over 7.5Ē in pump. Today Iíll do some girth work when Iím home and then take off for some needed rest!

                            Back on after taking two days off. Did a lengthy session today that was mainly jelqs and some extra pumping. I was able to get 250 jelqs along with 50 v jelqs and 3 sessions of pumping. I allowed myself extra time to warm up after having a few off days, then I did a pump, jelq, pump, v jelq routine. I finished up with a ten min pump on moderate pressure but with warm water, I was at 10/10 EQ the whole time. This routine is definitely working for me and Iíll keep up the intensity for a few weeks.

                              Past few days have been pretty good all things considered. Iíve been doing some extra PE during my sessions to kill time and increase my gains. Iíve been taking more time on my stretches and can go over a min in each stretch. Iíve also increased the number of jelqs from 250 to 300, hoping this can help me grow even more. Today Iíll do a girth session then take off a couple days, my pumping has been going well also. Wondering if I should increase time inside pump? Iím already doing 15 min a day but could push to 20 or so with little issues I feel.

                                Yesterday I focused on girth and really went to town on the horse squeeze and compression. I was able to do a solid amount of them and some ULIs, I also did 3 sessions of pumping and finished with a 12 min pump on high pressure with warm water. I find girth work to be a lot easier because I can stay hard and not have to wait for my EQ to go down. After my session my girl and I went at it and she was loving my extra thickness. Iíll take a day or two off then restart the routine!
