  • My Log/Goal - 1" Girth in 1 Year

    Hey everyone.

    I'm starting a log for my goal to gain an inch of girth in about a year from now. I hope to be 5.25" girth by September 2020. I'm currently at 4.25" girth and my length is 5.3" NBPEL length.

    I do 500 wet jelqs after a brief warmup. I do 2 days on 1 day off and sometimes 3 days on 1 day off. If jelq and I feel some discomfort I assume I need a rest day and will take one that day.

    For supplements I take 500mg L'arginine almost daily, zinc about 3 times a week and colostrum maybe 1-2 times a week.

    I'm considering buying a bathmate at the moment. I'm trying to find a way to be inconspicuous about using it.

    I do 3 second jelqs and I try edge for a bit at the end of the 500 jelqs.

        I'll be keeping this type of routine with jelqing/dry jeqling and looking to add clamping (I already have the clamp) after 2 months, too scared of injury at this point.

          Hey, we are pretty similar size-wise (though you are an iota longer). I'm currently working on PreE but after I get that under control I am hoping to shift my focus to PE. I've been curious about a pure jelq routine for awhile. If you get some decent gains from this, I might try something similar.

            Hi Kinslayer, thanks for dropping by =]. I was encouraged to start with pure jelqing routine as I read some members success stories that did just that, amongst them were some top gainers. I do have a clamp, though I'm not comfortable to start using it yet.
            I will measure again at January 1st, 2020 and I do hope we both get some decent gains!

                Its been about 4 weeks now since you start this thread. Have you measure yet?
                5/2019 Start: 5,2" NBPEL X 4,35" MEG
                10/2019 Bundled stretch: 5,6" NBPEL X 4,35"MEG
                10/2019 - 2/2020 Girth Exersices: on/off and no gains
                7/2020 Erect stretch: 6,25" NBPEL X 4,35" MEG

                Short term goal: 7" NBPEL X 5,5" MEG
                Long term goal: 8" NBPEL X 6,2" MEG

                  Hey, thanks! I'm trying to gain as much girth as I can without injury. The 500 jelq routine takes me about 1 hour also.

                    So I measured, and at most my girth is a very little more than before, although length seems less. I'm kind of wondering if I should focus to get some length first, maybe reach try to get 6 inches in length..

                              I continue to take 500mg L'arginine 1-2 times a day. Sometimes I do a few brief squeezes in the morning when I have morning wood. (after warming up).

                              11/14/2019 - 125 jelqs + 13 reps of 30 second squeezes.
