    2nd Training day - Week 11

    • warm up
    • Stretching: 2 Sets of 5 Direction stretches (55s each with stopwatch), 2x30Circles, DLDs (6x20s), Tunica Blasters(6x20s)
    • jelqing: 250x3s Jelqs, THEN 4x40s ULIs
    • warm down
    • 4 Hours esl40
    • 3min. with full(??) pump - X30


    Notes:


    • About the X30: I entered in with about 60% erection then I tried to pump fully. I stayed in the pump for about 1 minute at which time I tried to switch the nozzle and ended up breaking the seal. I entered again and tried once again to pump fully! I could feel a lot of suction on the surrounding area rather than on my penis, which would in turn not get pumped that much. But it was good enough so I let it on for the planned 3 minutes. I still haven't figure it out.

      3rd Training day - Week 11

      Notes:
      • 2 Hours esl40 instead of 4 because I had things to do.
      • About the X30: I thought I was close to figuring it out...until today! I had to try for about 8 times until I managed to leave it on for about 3 min! But it was losing suction somewhere and the seal broke before the 3min mark. During the other tries I got discomfort, some pain, parts of the testicle supply structure were getting sucked, seal was breaking, nozzle wouldn't budge to the center.... It was a mess! Thankfully I have more time to figure it out before my routine with it begins!
      • On a more positive note: Getting consistent nocturnal and morning erections throughout the week.

        REST day. Edged 15' with release.

        Made again some adjustments like every week.

        Notes:

        • Didn't do any 3min pumping. Wasn't feeling up to it.
        • Although I increased the volume relatively more than other weeks, I didn't feel anything negative. Will see tomorrow if anything shows up.
        • Tomorrow Rest day but I will do 3min pumping in hopes that I figure it out.


        2 more days on this Routine, then one whole week off and after that the START of a NEW routine!

          • I liked the ADS session today. I felt my penis was getting work done.
          • I tried to do 3min with the X30 but I couldn't!!! I was pumping and everything was getting sucked except my penis. Last week it was going well but this one I completely lost it! I am really confused. I will have to try again tomorrow.

            REST day. I tried the X30 again for 3min. During the last minute it was leaking and I couldn't locate the leak point.

            • So the 3min. X30 today was more successfull than yesterday. I MAY have figured it out. I switch the nozzle to the side and fill it with water. Then I enter it, switch the nozzle to the center and pump slowly but fully. Then I let the bellows extend fully but SLOWLY!! While doing this the penis expands slowly. Am I doing this right??

              Week-Off
              From the 4th until the 13th of February!
              • Why am I taking a whole week off?
                • I am not really sure. I feel that just like taking a break from every other activity such as work, the gym or the city life, we ought to take a break from PE as well. I think it can serve as not only a physiological but also a psychological cleanse. It can give us the opportunity of a small restart without losing any gains, any technique mastery or conditioning. It can provide us with a new perspective on our PE journey and it will undoubtedly serve as a recuperation period.

              • Why every 6 training weeks?
                • Well I've experimented with every 3 weeks, 9 weeks and with no break. I feel every 6 weeks is not too often and not delayed. I usually reach a peak of my routine every 6 weeks and I take a break there.


              Training Peaks
              • Duude what do you mean by training peak?
                • Well kind sir every new routine that I undertake lasts about 12 Weeks. Then I visualize it as having 2 peaks. I reach the 1st peak once I mastered or at least am confident enough in the techniques employed and been doing a good amount of sets and reps. At about this time (6 weeks mark) I will know if the routine is of any benefit or not and I will rest on that peak.

              • What about the 2nd peak then?
                • I'll tell you. The 2nd peak is reached when I have achieved the training volume that am either happy (and healthy) with or is the one that I initially planned for the routine. At about that time my penis will tell me ok I like it but if you keep progressing you might go overboard.


              12 Weeks
              • But Duude if your routine is working why change it every 12 Weeks?
                • Damn that is a good question bud! We ought to be shaking things up aren't we? But if it's indeed working the change will not be so drastic. The same foundations will be kept and improved versions of the previous exercises shall be employed.

                I noticed that morning wood is not so hard since I took the break and night wood is not often. But I guess that is to be expected?
                Today and tomorrow I will do 3min X30 sessions to prepare for the next routine that includes its use.

                  11. & 12. Feb 2017

                  REST days. I didnt' do any X30 as I had intended; just rested nothing else. Tomorrow is the beginnin of a new routine and I will have to come up with a plan.


                  Brainstorming:

                  The routine will consist of 3 parts.
                  • 1st part: 3 days Stretches and Jelqs (Mon, Wed, Fri) -morning
                  • 2nd part: X30 and Girth exercises (Tue, Thu, Sat) -evening
                  • 3rd part: REST (Sun)


                  Exercises to be considered for implementation until Week 12: [core exercises]
                  • Length: Multidirectional (5Ds), Rotary ,Pendulum (s2s), BTC, bundled multidirectional, DLD(A-stretch)
                  • Girth: Jelqs, ULIs, Squeezes, Tunica Tugs, Horse Squeezes


                  Thoughts:
                  • Only 1 day Rest is not enough! So I will start with a training volume that I am already well accustomed to and observe..
                  • Due to lack of time I won't be doing any edging..at least for the first 6 weeks.
                  • For the first few months I will be using the esl40 for only about 2 hours.

                              2nd day - X30

                              • 3min. warm up pump
                              • 3 x 4min. pump(1initial full pump) -SUPERSETED with- 3x30s Squeezes


                              Notes:
                              • Entered with about 30% erection for the warm up. Then for the following pumps I entered with the "result" of the previous exercises.
                              • I think I didn't have the required erection level for beneficial Squeezes. I kegelled a couple times to get more blood and the Squeeze. We will see how it goes.
                              • Finished plump with almost no bruised spots. It's been around 2h30m since then and my flaccid is thicker.


                              X30 Technique

                              My newbie method goes like this:
                              • [*=1]Switch the nozzle to the side and add warm water
                                [*=1]Enter it and then switch the nozzle to the center
                                [*=1]Pump once fully
                                [*=1]SLOWLY release the bellows while the penis expands.
                                [*=1]Wait for the time to pass.

                              So I release slowly so that the penis has time to react to the increased pressure and expand. If I release quickly everything other than the penis gets sucked.

                              Am I even doing this right?
