    For me, I'm measuring every two weeks and once a week during a rest week. This way I can track what is working and what is not.
    That is what I am afraid of.. if I see no gains then my first reaction will be disappointment with my hard work although I know that no gains is not a bad thing. Also no I am not in the 2017 Challenge. I felt that if I did enter I would take it very competitively and I would rush the natural development of my PE journey.

    You have a good plan. I should get back to measuring every 4 weeks like I did before! Thanks again for the interest!

      6th day -X30

      NO morning/night wood.



      • Ball massage and stretch
      • 6x10s light Tunica Tugs
      • 3min. warm up pump *(~13.5cm Mark)
      • 3 Sets pump -SUPERSETED with- 3 Sets Squeezes
        • 5min. pump ( 1',2',3' ) (from 13 to 13.9cm) + 30s Squeeze
        • 5min. pump ( 1',2',3' ) (from 13.2 to 14.1cm) + 30s Squeeze
        • 6min. pump ( 1',2',3' ) (from 13.5 to 14.4cm) + 30s Squeeze




      • 1 set edging with double fingerband - 13min.
      • Ball massage and stretch







      Notes:



      • I added 1 whole minute on the 3rd set. I actually felt it made a difference..a small one but still..!
      • Finished really plump with no bruises.
      • I had a good pumping session and a great edgin session!




      3 days since I had morning/night wood. At the moment it doesn't concern me since I will be taking the next 3 days off. Mini break!

      Saturday the 6th I will be coming back with the new measurements and the 1st training day of training Week 9!

        Thoughts:

        I am quite excited for witnessing some growth, even such a small one, since I expected absolutely NO change! But I can't get my head around why I have no girth gains!! (I won't really count the ~0.1cm because it can be a measurement error)


        Plan:

        So I think the plan is to continue increasing the training volume and intensity, particularly with the girth exercises. I also think this would be a good opportunity to try doing the Squeezes with more reps and less duration rather than less reps and longer time. (UJ style )

        In addition I will continue the current program until the start of July, at which point I will completely change my routine. I think it will focus on bundled stretches and clamping (NO bathmate, NO jelqing)! To kick it up a notch and change it up! I will be doing that routine for a minimum of 3 months and hopefully I will become proficient in clamping.

          1st day -Manual- Week 9

          Morning/night wood returned on the 04. May. I think the mini-break did good!
          Big day today! Measurement day and of course... New Weak New Tweak!



          • warm up
          • Stretching: 4x5D stretches (45s), 400 S2S/Pendulum (Standing), 5x40s BTC, 6x10s Tunica Tugs
          • jelqing: 240x3s Jelqs(~80%), 10x15s Squeeze, 6x40s ULIs
          • 2min warm up pump
          • 3min pump (13.5cm Mark)
          • 1h esl40




          Notes:


          • Obvious increase in the training volume. The measurements showed me there is much room for improvement. If it doesn't work with the increased training volume I might just have to do less for more.
          • S2S increased by 100 but I decreased the stretch intensity, while trying to maintain the stretched ligament feeling. Felt better like that.
          • With jelqing I changed to a lighter grip while trying to maintain the 3s stroke duration.
          • Squeezes changed to more reps-less duration. Didn't feel anything noteworthy.
          • THE WARM DOWN: Completely changed to X30 pumping. The 3min pump at the 13.5cm felt relatively intense! So I believe I did a good workout today.
          • Only 1Hour esl40, no time for more.

                            • Finished with plump, with no bruises BUT some foreskin oedema..AGAIN!! Which brings me to the conclusion that it might be too early to be playing with these new increased pressures!
                            • I had an OK pumping and edging session!




                            Some thoughts:

                            The two biggest and recurring problems that I have with pumping are the "lost" pumps and the "mysterious" leaks.
                            1. "Lost" pumps: I have to pump 3 or more times to actually get some expansion. I think the problem is the turkey neck that I have. I believe the first pumps simply suck the skin and testicular tissue and when there is no more to suck in, ONLY THEN does the penis get expanded! Extremely annoying and I don't know how to solve it.
                            2. "Mysterious" leaks: I think this originates from the seal (or the lack of) between the pump and the comfort pad. It has such a short insert attachment that it's ridiculous! I have found that they also sell a long insert attchment... COME ON PEOPLE! Why is the kit version a short, inconvenient one? Did anyone else experience this?

                              Notes:


                              • New weak so I increased the training volume and the post workout pump to 7 minutes. My workout is getting quite long! It takes me 2 hours if I do it on a normal pace! That's a lot!!!
                              • The flaccid head post workout and post pumping is simply too big to use the esl40 without oedema and pain. Last time I even hurt my frenulum a bit. Thus NO esl40. Ever again?!?! To be continued...




                              Some more Thoughts:


                              • I have to shorten my workout but keep the same volume/intensity.
                              • So my workout takes me 2 hours... but isn't it weird that I DO NOT feel fatiqued? Perhaps I should PE smarter rather than simply more.

                                I agree wholeheartedly...training needs to be fun and short and not drudgery. If the training is too long, you will burn out...guaranteed.
