    Notes: Felt goodtoday, was relaxed, I did this session right after I woke up. Ididn’t even get to PONR really at the 14 minutes. What happened wasI was going at 20 spm and decided to increase and as soon as Iincreased I got Iks and had to pull out, do a hard RK and squeeze thehead. Honestly so strange after the experience on Saturday night whenI came barely after entering my wife. How is it possible to go fromthat to 14 minutes in the same position with the Fleshlight?

      Notes: Another overall good session, notice that when I am less wet and the lube isdrying up I get more sensitive and it’s harder to control. Seemslike 15ish minutes is my wall right now, had the same thing happen asyesterday. Got to the 15 minute mark (dick was drying out at thispoint) and had a series of Iks. I Rked and squeezed the head and theydid stop and the urge went away.

      Notes: It was a goodsession overall but I got to the 14th min and all thesudden the PONR came out of now were and went over the edge and came.Still proud of my self for conistantly getting to at least 14 minutesbut I need to really be more in tune with my body and learning thoselittle sign it tells me before getting to PONR. Also I think this hasa lot do with my thoughts, I was actually thinking to myself oh Ishouldn’t cum today, I’ll cum on Friday. Then booom, PONR andblew my load.

        Notes: Great session actually, went 20 minutes without stopping. The last three minutes increased SPM to 30 and was able to maintain control. I think doing these sessions in the morning have a lot to do with my success this week, I think a major part of this is my over excitement. When I am calm and just waking up I seem to have really good sessions.

          Notes: Another goodsession, increased my strokes per minute to 25 and did 30 for thelast two minutes. I did cum but on purpose today, didn’t feel manyIks either, I felt like I was in control for the entire time. Thebreathing and Rks are really helping.

            Notes: Really good session, did 25+ SPM without stopping, the last two minutes I changed positions to standing up and went without stopping! Which is a pretty big achievement for me as I’ve never been about to last more than a few strokes in any other positions

            Notes: Good session over all, I went 25+ SPM again for the first 17 minutes. Then I switched to standing up, about 19 minutes into the total session I felt the PONR coming and Rked. I did cum a little bit but was able to hold back the majority and was able to get an erection right after again. I continued for another 60 seconds and then stopped the session at 20 minutes. I will say even when the PONR came, I didn’t feel a lot of Iks(which I usually do) I felt maybe one or two.

                I got the idea of using a metronome when I saw your post
                When you say "Average Strokes PerMinute: 25" its like the BPM? Like you do 25 "in and out's" per minute?
                How do you count?

                  Notes: Good session increased SPMs to 50, didn’t last as long as I wanted to though.The PONR stuck up on me really quickly around 15 minutes and I wasn’t able to stop it I had gone too far. My concern is what I experienced over the weekend, my wife and I played around a little bit in the shower on Saturday and my dick was probably a 9 or 9.5. Which isn’t usual when we are messing around, I had a hard time moving away from that point. I am wondering if all of this work is doing something because or if my over arousal problem is not being focused on enough because I don’t have my naked wife in front of me. Would me looking at some photos or even using my imagination during edging sessions help to over come the over arousal issue that a lot of my PreE is based on? Or is it simply better to focus on the edging, stretches,breathing and meditation as a way to calm myself and get used to a lot of simulation.

                    thanks man! Yes average strokes per minute is like BPM, just as you said 25 ins and outs. How I count them is I look at the clock when it turns to the next minute and when I just count my stokes by the clock for 60 seconds. I do this two or three times during the session to make sure that I am staying constant.

Really amazing tosee how fast the results drop if I am not constant or miss days.

                            Notes: Really great session today, went the entire time without stopping. High stroke count too felt good, my only concern I get do not get massively hard erections during edging as I do during sex. I am just wondering if this is actually going to cross over.
