  • Does muscle confusion theory apply to P.E.? Your thoughts?

So lately i've been pondering the validity of muscle confusion in regards to Penile Enlargement!
Supposedly, every three weeks is a good change target, so you continue to manipulate the tissue in the body before your body becomes accustomed to the stress that you've placed on it.
Change the exercise and the gains continue.
I was just wondering, if this can be said for P.E. gains aswell?
    Original start 09- 6'' BPEL 4.5'' MSEG

    Start- 7'' BPEL 5'' MSEG

    Now- 7 1/8'' BPEL 5 1/4'' MSEG

    Goal- 10'' BPEL 6.5'' MSEG

what kind of differences have you noticed?
      expansion/gains wise?
compared to the expansion you would regularly get and time it would usually take for gains to come in?

I would argue that it should have no effect at all. The penis is not that kind of muscle.
        Focus on the positive

I have no precise explanation, other than I was never consistent sticking to a routine, but I was really consistent sticking to my routine. Like I would do jelqs, stretches, and girth work for a few weeks and then take a week of just doing stretches to increase up my BPFSL. It did things like that more because I don't like sticking to a specific set routine and I like varying things up. I would do my routine depending on what I wanted to do that week, day, month. I noticed differences in gains, because when I did a month of focused length work I increased BPFSL but not BPEL, but it allowed me to gain BPEL quickly when I went back to girth-focused routine, while my BPFSL didn't budge.

Actually a percentage of the penis is smooth muscle tissue, so in theory it should mimic the growth ability of muscle to a certain extent!
I'm just trying to figure out to what degree it is affect by muscle confusion and if its even worth investing the time trying to figure it out.

Muscle confusion is BS in regards to weight training. Just wanted to make that known.

Smooth muscle is not skeletal muscle.

                  Are you a professional bodybuilder?
Have you ever trained in such a way for an extended period of time in which you can see the differing results?
There is an incredibly large number of professional bodybuilders who speak on the benefits of muscle confusion,
and in-fact many swear by it, so im just wondering what gives you the credential to make these claims, some what randomly.
Not hating, im just using logical assumption.

                    Crap lol
So im guessing muscle confusion wouldn't work in such a way as it does when comparing it to bodybuilding?

So, since smooth muscle is the tissue we can't control, is it the tissue in our stomach, or and is it possible to create growth, or is it really just the tunica that is the limiting factor for growth?

Also, you were right, my apologies!

Not to be rude but many of the people on here know far more about the human anatomy than you could ever learn with your knowledge of everything off of google... Don't ask a question and then insult somebody that answers, especially when you likely know very little on the topic hence you ask questions.

Personally, I do not believe muscle confusion works regarding PE as if it did I would have a huge penis because I spent a good 6 months Religiously doing random as hell PE exercises with no gains.
No porn period as of 3/13/15 had a minor relapse after 6 months+
Practicing relaxation and hoping to improve erection quality!

It grows, with exercises like jelqing and other girth targeting exercises.

Until you find what works best for you, it is best to experiment and change up routines. With PE, there are a few bread-and-butter exercises that can be tweaked to do everything you could want, so just play with your grips and angles and stance and you'll find plenty of manipulation to put you penis through.

Once you find the most effective exercises and routines for YOU, it is more efficient to stick to those and just up intensity or time as you need it. Often, these are the exercises that feel the best, so there it helps to tune in to your intuition a bit when picking the best exercises.

I think it does to some extent but if you try to confuse your penis too often it wont work.

I guess just change an exercise or manipulate with reps and give it time to settle in before making any changes.

You need to give it some time to work before changing or switching anything up.
