  • Kick in the V-Jelq (KITV)

    Okay, just thought I would share this as it came up in another thread recently. There was a member who was having problems with the v-jelqs. From what I have read before they seem to be an exercise which is either not enjoyed or people find it hard doing them or whatever.

    Since I started PE I have been doing a variation of the v-jelq because I personally hated the exercise, it just seemed awkward, uncontrolled, time-consuming to concentrate on the grip everytime and so forth. So here is what I do instead:

    1. You form a grip of your penis in-between your thumb and index finger by making the shape with your hand as if you are trying to make the letter "C" with your hand. These jelqs should be done at between 50-70% erection level. I personally prefer the feel of doing them at 70%.

    2. Grip the sides of your penis with your thumb (half-way down) where there is a hard part on your thumb, while pushing in the opposite side of your penis with your index finger (also half-way down on your finger). Then wrap the rest of your fingers on the underside or bottom of your penis.

    3. Have an overhand grip, then squeeze the sides of your penis (your CCs) with your thumb and index finger as described, while using the rest of your fingers to rest on the underside of your shaft so that your fingers don't sleep with each repetition. The fingers on the underside of your shaft are not totally loose, nor are they digging in like the UJs or KITJ, they still have a little force to assist your jelq though.

    4. The way that I perform these is I jelq straight out, instead of up or to the side, like the way the v-jelq is supposed to work. You can get a lot more force and control over these type of jelqs than you can with normal v-jelqs.


    5. Optional (3 months prior experience with jelqing) - I use my non-jelqing hand to clamp at the base similar to the KITJ. I clamp slightly differently that the KITJ though, I clamp the sides near the base instead of the top and bottom like the KITJ. So, with the clamping hand, the index finger and the part of the palm of your hand you would touch if you were to do the "come here" signal with your index finger. So, with your index finger you wrap it under the base of your dick, almost like you are cupping it. And when you squeeze to tighten it into a clamping position, the top of your index finger should be on the side of your shaft, if you are using your right hand it will be the left side of your shaft, and vice versa. And same process of jelqing like KITJ.

    Here is the way you should see your jelqing hand in front of you, and the dick should be clamped in between them with the force going on your CCs.

      I hope they are of some help to you. I always found them way easier to do and more effective. With your CCs, I find you can put a lot more intensity and force into them than you can with the CSs. Let me know if you like them

        Oh I forgot to say that you can do these at any erection level, depending on whether you are targeting girth or length. I was doing them at low erection levels for ages and they helped with length, but might start doing them at higher erection levels now because I wouldn't mind focusing on girth more.

          Just tried them out today and realised it was exactly the same technique I was doing for the first 2-3 weeks thinking I was doing regular jelqs! This might partly explain my early girth increase followed by a month of no girth increase.

                Some have used dowels or drumsticks done from the sides in the same manner to get this "V-Jelq" effect. The use of that was the precursor to the "Jelq Device".

                  I think i want one just for the CC's lol it looks like i can do perfect V jelq with that

                    Yeh true, I have tried devices for jelqing with and I really don't like them at all. The way I described the altered v-jelq in this thread, you can really grip very tight with it, really hitting those CCs quite effectively. I always get a good pump after doing them.

                      So you grip your penis exactly how the picture shows with the back of your hand facing upwards? Are you also supposed to do the stretches straight up and straight up to the left and right like the regular v jelq? Let me know and I'll give these a try tonight.

                        You grip the sides of your penis with your thumb and index finger as if you are making a C sign. You use an overhand grip, i.e. your thumb and index finger are closest to you shaft, while your pinky is furthest from your body. You just jelq straight out in front of you instead of to the sides like the v-jelq. They are best performed at 50-70% erection, lower than this and you will not be able to force much blood up your shaft because it will be too flaccid, higher than this erection level and you will be too hard.

                              I tried the kitv today for 2min just to see how it feels in different erection levels, and i'm having most trouble keeping the foreskin in place rather than just dragging it as i do the kitv at 30-40% erection (pointing mainly length).
                              As for a high erection level, i have the problem of maintaining the desired erection level as the blood goes pretty fast back down to the base of my penis. any suggestions?
