  • Should I stretch on rest days?

    I have been doing PE consistently for about a week now, and I have been doing PESG's routine (10 min warm-up, 10 min stretch, 10 min regular jelq, 2 min cool-down). I am following a 2 day on, 1 day off schedule. I feel like I am gaining already. Would stretching on rest days help the process? or should I completely rest?
    Start (Nov. 1, 2013):
    6 x 4.5

    Current (Dec. 2, 2014):
    7.5" x 4.75"
    Short Goal:
    7.75x5.0

    Rest days are for rest

      Yeah, my glans and ligs are pretty beat up and tired by the time rest day rolls around, so I look forward to giving em a little recovery break. haha
      Started - 6.25" NBP / 7" BP x 4.75" EG

      Short goal -7.25"(goal reached!)NBP** 8.25"BPEL x 5.75" EG (goal reached!)

      Long term goal - 8"NBP ** 9" BPEL x 6"EG

        Rest or edge. If you can get sex, that's may not be a bad idea. It's called "active recovery". ;-D

          Yea, I actually had sex on my last rest day. I looked bigger and it felt just fine when I finished, so I may try to go with that.

            My favorite rest days are the active recovery rest days haha
            Start (Oct 12, 2013): BPEL: 7.0" , NBPEL: 6.5", EG 5.0", FL: 5.0" FG: 4.0"

            Current (Dec 1, 2013): BPEL: 7.50" EG: 5.26"

            Goal: BPEL: 8.0" EG: 6.0"
