    I have always stretched after warming up (stretching takes about 5mins in the jps beginners program) but I was wondering if there's any benefit to stretching after a work-out has been completed then proceeding with the cool down.

    I don't personally think it will matter one way or another, unless you're talking about extended stretches like you would do for long periods of time with and ADS or extender (in which case many believe that this give more opportunity to heal in an extended state).

    Either way, it definitely shouldn't hurt so go ahead and experiment with it and see how your body responds
