  • Quick kegel question

    Hi,

    Have only been doing kegels for a couple of weeks. Just wondering if I'm doing it right. As in, how long should I hold for?

    I first began with a quick squeeze, let go, quick squeeze again and so on. Past few days I've been holding it for 2-3 seconds, let go and 2-3 seconds again.. Just wondering which is the correct way? If any, lol.

    Yeah thats right on man. You want to work your way up to longer and harder holds. When I first started all I did was quick squeezes as well.
