    I agree with thenewguy2 and Increasing...

    They are absolutely right, the size shouldn't be more important than having sex..isn't that what you want to increase it for anyways?
    Also, sex will aid gains...and stamina.

    Do edging for your EQ..

    I think you have the wrong outlook. Don't think gaining an inch will help your anxiety. Face your fears bro.


    I mean, if you can't get it up with a girl, find ways to loosen yourself up. You're probably too worried about how well you are NOT going to perform. Get that out of your head. Don't be afraid to have a good time and make mistakes here and there. Laugh about it. It's really not as big of a deal as you think in your head.

    Guys my anxiety about my size makes it difficult to get an erection when I'm with a girl.. It sucks. Total performance anxiety. Trust me though in 4 months I bet I'll have a huge confidence boost and start looking to get laid all the time.

    Other than kegels, what would you guys recommend for highest eq possible? I want to be able to get rock hard instantly if I wanted.

    Yeah, it's definitely aggressive. To be honest I'm completely putting off my sex life until I'm happy with my size which hopefully in 4 months I'll be happier with an inch gain in length so I'll be 7.1 nbpel. Uli and squeezes is what I was thinking of. I need to research them to learn how to do them. Got any good links?

    How long will doing PE? Seems like you have an aggressive plan. That much stretching (both manual and in the Phallosan) could have an impact on EQ. Having a good EQ is important to making gains, particularly Girth gains. Some things you can add in that focus on Girth in addition to jelqing at higher erection levels, is Squeezes, and ULI's. I am interested to see how this routine works out for you. I work from home, and wearing a Phallosan device would be easy.

    I also plan on edging at least a few times a week too for around an hour each time. Also, how can I improve my eq? It's been horrible lately.. Idk if it's just stress or what.

    Australia is not in the euro time zone, more like asia.
    Most aussie are of euro or largely euro descent, but geographicaly we are near asia. Many kids learn asian languages in school, as our major trading partners are asian, particularly Japan, China.

    Yes want and I am not alone ,other guys have grown from pure edging also . However some don't so it needs more research which is why I started that thread. Also I have heard previous of non pe guys who lost size due to lack of use so it works in both directions.

    Newguy I have had de so sympathy, however I feel your case is down to recovering from porn and you will spontaneously recover.

    I wonder if this has contributed to my size... I had so many boners as a kid, I had one that lasted 2 straight days once.
    Because of an unhealthy peni (not PE related) I haven't been able to do sexual things for the past 6 months. When I do get an erection now it looks significantly thinner than it used to. I haven't measured recently though, so I can't say for sure.

    Pegasus that is amazing to me that with only edging and stuff you gained girth like that. I figured it would help, but only if combined with other exercises.

    Do you think it's possible to go from prem ej to de in 2 weeks....? I swear to god, if this is not some kind of de, i atleast managed to cure my prem ej...

    I realized, it's probably not one of the worst cases of de, because i can't last "extremely long" to porn. Also the days when this started to happen, and i started to edge (just 2 days ago, without porn). I edged for 30-40minutes. Hadn't reached ponr once, gave up and went to bed. The next day, i tried to edge, this time i reached ponr, not sure how far into it it was i think it was 15-20minutes in, but i feel like it had something to do with the fact that i did not ejaculate the night before, also the fact that i might have had the "blue balls" effect from the night before.

    Anyways, what is your thoughts? If someone else got thoughts as well, feel free to come with them.
