  • Girth curiosity

    Has anyone had good gains from girth exercises or any other exercises ? I'm talking about more then half inch or inch or more. Also how long did it take ? Really curious if you guys can get back to asap that would be great . Thank you

    It is possible, and have been done, it takes years though persistence is key here.

      This has happened to me twice . I went from 4.75" girth to 5.5" girth with edging ,mmo,kegels and from 5.5 to 6.25 with mainstream pe .
      Currently maintain at 6"

        I went from 5 in girth to 6.25 in girth...erect squeezes, jelqs and bends but you need to know your limits and what you're doing..I don't have before pics only after.
        Started: 7 x 5
        Current: 8 inches x 6.25 inches (whole shaft)
        Goal 8.5 x 6.5

          Sweet! Love your numbers. I shot up from 4.9 to 5.9, then it settled down and stayed at 5.5. Can't wait to hit my second girth growth spurt. Mostly because my wife and I love girth!

            WOW! Your starting girth is where I am at now and would only dream to be at 5.5, let alone 6. How long did it take you to achieve
            these results do you recall? I cannot wait until my EQ improves to begin some girth work, have to nearly solely focus on length at the moment.

              I never shot up at all...just a very slow progression. Must be "elastic" pull back that will adjust over time if initial gains go away

                Wow good gains . I'm really trying to focus on my girth more then length. Now for all you gainers, what would you say was the key thing for your ultimate gains ?

                        I also have practiced a lot of edging...it really helps with expansion and I believe it mimics priapism which has been shown to increase penis size

                          Pegasus is the resident expert, so it's best to wait for his response.

                          1: Treat it like any other form of PE.
                          2: Start out at 20mins, increase duration of edging progressively over time. 1h would be a good target for now.

                            Pads answers are good, but much is unknown in this area.
                            An important point is that though edging is well tolerated in isolation, you have to consider total workload when combined with other pe methods.

                              Ok I see. By the way do you remember what I talked about in another thread Pegasus? I can't reach PONR-- without porn. Or it takes extremely long which would make my edging sessions very pointless. Like if I'm going to edge for 30mins and then I first reach PONR at the 25min mark (if I even can reach it at all... that's not a what you can call a "good workout" Or=??. I am not sure, maybe this has to do with the frequency of the ejaculation or something like that. So going to try to take a half week - 1 week off masturbation. It's like when I masturbate or edge without porn it just stops at 60% sensitivity (if you think that 100% sensitivity is PONR). So it never goes above 80%, just ranges inbetween 50-80%. So in other words it feels like I never can reach PONR. (even stimulated the most stimulating spot on the penis, still didn't go above 60-80%)..

                              Man.. I remember 2 weeks back. I could watch through porn (deciding which movie to watch) for 5 minutes, then wipe out my cock and do 3 strokes and I would be on 80% sensitivty, it is pretty much self explanatory that I would reach PONR rather quickly, which is something I did after 1minute or so.

                              2 weeks back I started to edge for staming with porn.. (which probably was a mistake), kept on going for 30mins 4 nights in a row. Tryed to hold a reverse kegel most of the time. I also masturbated regularly with porn (the days /nights I didn't have time to edge for 30mins) While doing this I held a reverse kegel most of the time because I read somehow that it was good to cure Pre Ej lol... And then all of a sudden this happened...Can't reach PONR, can't ejaculate...

                              Do you think it's possible to go from Prem Ej to DE in 2 weeks....? I swear to God, if this is not some kind of DE, I atleast managed to cure my Prem Ej...

                              I realized, it's probably not one of the worst cases of DE, because I can't last "extremely long" to porn. Also the days when this started to happen, and I started to edge (just 2 days ago, without porn). I edged for 30-40minutes. Hadn't reached PONR once, gave up and went to bed. The next day, I tried to edge, this time I reached PONR, not sure how far into it it was I think it was 15-20minutes in, but I feel like it had something to do with the fact that I did not ejaculate the night before, also the fact that I might have had the "blue balls" effect from the night before.

                              Anyways, what is your thoughts? If someone else got thoughts as well, feel free to come with them.
