  • New strategy im thinking about trying - what do you think?

    Hey guys im thinking about taking the last 5 days of every month off both masturbation and PE, so at the end of the month i can get a good accurate measurement monthly because ill have maximum EQ and tissue recovery.

    What do you guys think about this, and do you think 5 days every month is too long?

    I'm 5 days into a holiday and haven't done a single exercise, my E.Q and morning wood have never been so impressive...so my answer would be hell no!

      I think there is valid theory to support it. I'm getting ready to start a 4 week on, 1 week off routine. not sure if the 1 week off will include no masturbation/sex though. one thing for sure. no release for 5-7 days should net a pretty impressive "O"
