    I'm going to quit the edging and ulis for awhile too. I gradually got into the bad habit of edging/ uli-ing and watching porn, and eventually got to the point where I was ejaculating at the end.. So that PE sessions were turning into masturbation sessions. I may go back to doing jelqs and 3 or 4 ulis or bends. Maybe a pump?

    Take your break. Maybe even two weeks. You will be surprised how much it will help you. Don't stress about a routine, figure that out in a week or so.

    I stretch too. A- stretches and bundled. And yeah I was making big gains and then I got this job and it stopped. I'm about 7.25x5.3 right now but EQ has been off which makes it inconsistent. I havent had a raging hard on in a month

    I thought I seen you make posts the last couple months..

    So did the routine that gave you the gains just stop working?

    I noticed you didn't mention stretching,,,are you aiming for girth primarily?

    When I was making great gains I had the utmost confidence in PE and gains just kept happening. I didn't have a full time job and I still lived at my parents then. I work 12 hour night shifts in a prison now, so my overall lifestyle and stress level could be affecting it too.

    Need a restart!

    Hey guys. I don't know how many of you remember me, I used to be on the forums here a lot, but I've been busy the last 7 months and haven't had time. Anyway, PE has gone stale for me. Gains don't come anymore, my EQ is shit, and my confidence in PE has gone down. I know this stuff works, but I just need a new routine, and some tips on boosting my EQ again. I've been doing a routine centered around jelqing, edging, and ulis for too long now. Im gonna take a week off and see if the EQ comes back up, but some routine ideas would be great! And any tips and pointers to get me back in the thick of PE again!
