  • PE Exercises for the Lazy Man ...

    My Dad always told me "if you want a job done fast, give it to a lazy man" because he will take every shortcut he can. Well to his dismay, I AM that lazy man!! And I did figure out a fast and EASY way to do PE and still have a life.

    First, what works on one dude may or may not work on another dude. Second, I have been pulling and squeezing my dick for 10 months. So it is well conditioned.

    OK, here was my dilemma: I wanted to get all the benefits of PE exercises, without actually spending time or making much effort to do them. I mean, let's face it. It is the consistency of PE that matters most. So you better create a schedule that is easy enough to do so you can commit to it, or like a new years resolution, you will quit.

    So I sat on my lazy ass until I figured it out. And I did figure it out. This routine could be done daily, if need be, and covers all three fundamental aspects of PE:

    Girth Work: I have told some of you about this already. So let me tell everyone. I use a clamp in the shower. I should mention, for those that didn't know, clamping is wonderful but can be potentially harmful. If you clamp and your penis goes blue or gets cold - take it off! If you penis starts getting those red spots - slow down and/or warm up more. OK, back to my plan ... I simply get out of bed, warm up in the shower, get it hard and clamp it down for about 10 min (the length of my shower). I find the morning easy to get hard. Plus it is easy to keep a hard-on in the shower with all those soap bubbles and hot water spraying around. If it goes soft, just giggle it a bit. The point is I am getting ready for work and doing my girth work at the same time.

    Length Work: OK, so after my shower, my member is all plump and swollen. A great time to stretch it out to prevent turtling and to hold the ligaments long as they heal. So I put on my TLC tugger. There are different kinds, I use the one for penis enlarging. It's a type of ADS device. The TLC tugger is comfortable, easy to use, cheap, and you can wear it under any loose fitting pants and no one is the wiser. So as i get dressed for work, I just strap it down and keep on going with my day. I wear it until noon, then just take it off.

    Kegels:
    This is the easiest of all. They can be done anytime anywhere. The only part that sucks about kegels is actually doing them. To make it more fun, I crank cool tunes in my car, I get those sub-woofers barking, on the way to work I kegel to the music. The best part is that the TLC tugger is attaches to my penis with an elastic strap. Therefore I actually kegel to resistance. It's like P90-X for your PC muscles. You can vary the kegel's holding time, intensity, etc... as you go. You just go with the beat, and make your penis dance all the way to work!

    So there you have boys and girls. A routine that covers girth work, length work, and kegels without skipping a beat in your day. Virtually no time or effort required. And zero porn.

    I like it. Now if I can just figure out how to hang 8 lbs of weight off the end of my dick while cooking dinner (wife works long hours) or helping the kid with his homework I'm in. Seriously though I have been focusing on kegels lately, setting aside time for them. I think I will adopt your idea of doing them on the way to work. I warm up and do my stretching in the shower when I get home from work. Definitely the best place for that

          Thanks buddy. The secret to PE exercises is finding that magic "routine". The problem is that each guy responds differently, so one routine doesn't help all men. I am just letting everyone know what works for me. Maybe something I say can help someone find his magic routine.

            All day stretchers should be considered too. They are less unwieldy that hangers or stretchers- and much less expensive.

            Consider (IMO) the most important exercise: the Stop and Start (or "edging" to completion). Done in conjunction with an enlargement routine, this exercise keeps the tissues expanded longer and helps to speed healing, which contributes to size gains. No other exercise comes close to the conditioning (both physical and mental/emotional) that this exercise does. This is especially true if the exercise is done in a "live" fashion- with an actual partner.

              I'm not the most consistent, but I am persistent. Seems to work best for me. Guess it goes along with my personality. Schedules annoy me. Weekends are made for spur of the moment. More fun that way. Never sure what is going to happen next.

                Big Al,

                Does this primarily apply to Girth work, or length work also? Meaning, do you really get extra benefit from doing stamina work post workout from length work like you do in girth work?

                      It does- and if your sexual activity is both frequent and vigorous, you should be able to offset any scheduled stamina exercises. This is even more the case if you mimic the moves you'd make in a regular edging session.

                      Even the best Stop and Start/edging session can't compare to the "live" scenario experienced during an actual sexual encounter.

                              I've always thought the same about edging, BigAl (in respect to it speeding up recovery). What would you suggest should be the edging duration for a beginner, an intermediate, and an advanced PE'er?
