  • 2 month break, some lost, newbie or advance

    Hello, I rested for 2 months and now im going back to train my member, so i gained like 1 inch but now it seems a little bit shorter than before, i dont know why.. also should i start with advanced routine or back to newbie routine?

    Thanks, I would appreciate some help.

    You should probably continue the routine that you did pre break.
    Start: 8/2013: BPEL: 6.3" EG: 5.1"
    Current: 9/2020 BPEL: (8.3 inches BPFSL: 8.9 "* MEG: 5.9
    The Goal: BPEL: 9 inches EG: 6.5"

      Me my self i would say start the
      JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine

      till your conditioning is back up to scratch

      then go advanced don't need to finish the 90 days if you feel like your wang to do more and welcome back to working out and good luck with your goals

        Well I guess do the JP 90 until you will see no results and move to advanced routine.
