    Guys, Monday i have to admit i put my penis under a lot of pressure as im still sore today 2 days after. However my girth gains are still feeling a lot thicker.

    Shall i take a step back until its fully not sore? If i do some slight length stretches will this delay full recovery?

    If your penis feels sore then you should take a day or two off till the soreness is gone. However, there were days when i felt sore but i still did my PE if it was an on day.

      Yeahh thanks for the advice. I will do my exercises later tonight but go a bit lightly than usual
