    I have heard that you will get your best gains in your first few months of P.E.

    1. So I was wondering, should I wait until I get an LG hanger before I start my stretching/EQ routine so that I can do them both in the same program that way I can grow as much as possible in my first few months, or should I just do my stretching/EQ until I plateau and then add in hanging later on once I plateau??


    2. Will noobie gains stay with me if I never stop doing P.E. or will they go away in time regardless of me doing P.E. regularly?

    3. The LG hanger is known for being comfortable, should I start with 2.5 lbs regardless of the hanger being so comfortable?

    1. Add in hanging later, once your results slow down.

    2. Noobie gains come first and will stick around.

    3. Start with 2.5 and see how it feels.

    4. Post in beginner forum.

          Does EQ exercises count as a PE program? Or only length/girth exercises??

          I was wondering because I truly believe that better EQ = more gains, so I wanted to take a few months to focus on just my EQ so that when I start my length routine I can get maximum results.


          If EQ counts as my "beginner months" where fast gains happens, I will not take the time to do just this before starting my length routine. I will have to mix the two together and hope for the best.
