Hello guys, I asked Big Al about how he gained 2 inches in 3 months via stretching and one of the things that he told me was how his EQ was very strong before starting and he believes that this is why he made so much gains.

So my question is, do you think it would be worth spending lets say a whole month to doing nothing but trying to make my EQ as strong as possible and then after that month go on a beginner routine and then once I feel up to it, moving up to an intermediate/advanced stretching routine??

It would make sense wouldn't it?

I know that masturbating is one thing that lowers your EQ so i'm going to have to stop doing that, but are there any other lift style habits I stop doing to improve me EQ?

In terms of EQ exercises I will be doing towel lifts, I will start off with a dry towel, and then eventually wet the towel to increase resistance.

Can somebody tell me how many reps I should be doing per day for towel raises?? I want to make my EQ as strong as possible and this will be my only goal until I start my lengthening routine.

Yeah eating healthy losing weight and lots of weight training increases testosterone.

But I doubt HIGHLY that you will be able to gain anywhere close to 2 inches in 3 months, too good to be true..

I think there are many approaches that can be successful. Try what you mentioned, believe it will work and more than likely you will see positive results.

Other manual exercises can increase your EQ, too. Jelqing lightly, porn abstinence, and my phallosan forte all seem to increase my EQ,

wannahung, you seem like a nice dude, and I'm not trying to put you down, personally (I've seen this sentiment in "believing" in things my whole life).... But all the power of attraction stuff is nonsense. You can hope and believe something will happen all you want, but it will never make it so. Only hard-work and dedication can get you to your goals in life. Now, having a positive outlook can be good. I'm not saying it's not good to have a positive outlook. A better approach, in my opinion, would be a realistic, studied, prepared one. Don't get over-positive and confident - injuries can happen when you're least expecting them.
