  • What do you guys do for the best girth results? "Clamping"

    I've done manual girth exercises for over 3 years. I started clamping three weeks ago and do about 4-5/ 10 minute sets, 5 days a week. I want the best results possible from clamping, therefore I am seeking your advice, your routine and most importantly, your results.

        Long how much did you gain from manual girth exercise?....I'm doing uli's,jelqs,v-jelqs and bundled stretches.
        Before 6.5 bpel 6.0 nbpel 4.9 meg
        NOW 7.5 bpel 6.5 nbpel 5.6 meg
        Goal 8.5 bpel 7.0 nbpel 6.0 meg maybe

          I gained about 3/4 inch from pumping.

          12/'09 (start) NBP EL - 4.5, EG - 4.4
          12/11 NBPEL - 5.1, MSEG - 5
          01/13 NBPEL - 5.35, MSEG - 5.1

          Fat Pad = 1+/-

                Honestly, I have focused a lot on acquiring more length. For girth I have only done at most two days a week for the last three years. I have gained about 3/4 of an inch. It's not much, but I'm at roughly 5.25/ 5.3 MEG which is okay, but not what I want.

                    If you pump and PE diligently, your gains will grow and they will remain also. Since I've been PE'ing, since somewhere in 2011, I've experienced growth that makes me happy,,,,,in other words PE works! NOTHING happens overnight when you are trying to improve yourself, so just know that it's a journey.

                      I'm with you whammy.Just the erction quality alone is worth it.The thing is I didn't even know my eq wasn't as good as I could get it.

                        I have been pumping for almost four years. The most time I have gone without pumping was for about four weeks and didn't loose any girth. I have ED so I usually pump up for sex at least once a week, even if I am not pumping for PE.

                          Oh, I see. I would like to see some people who has pumped and gotten gains, then stopped pumping for at least 2-3 months to see if they still have their gains (they can however do manual work in the meantime of course)

                            I think that regardless of exercise chosen it all comes down to time. Time under expansion in the case of girth.

                            For the OP, I think the key to success will depend more on the time, effort and consistency involved over which exercise(s) you choose. Also please remember to ease into things, girth work is very intense.
