  • Normal routine (Jelqs and Stretches) with hanging

    I was thinking of hanging after my normal routine of jelqs and stretches. What do you guys think ?

    according to the "Hanging 101" thread you shouldn't do any other intense exercises while hanging. From what I 've gathered through research here as long as you have good PI's and are not obviously abusing yourself the skies the limit.

      By the way i have been following the routine mentioned in my post and it works very well for me. Though, i have to mention that fatigue sets in faster than it would if i directly started hanging.

      I am using a sock hanger with a weight attached to one end of the sock with a shoe lace.
