  • Help me create my routine

    Background: I did the JP 90 day routine, worked great, saw great results. However, right now I live with a roommate and literally have no privacy since its a one bedroom apartment. I tried to do stretching and such in shower but I'm seeing NO results at all :/ been doing it for like 4 months and nothing..

    I'll post my old routine if anyone is interested but anyway, I wanted to get some input on a ROUTINE, not just exercises, that I could do for LENGTH. Keep in mind that the only 'privacy' I have is while I shower so it does have to be pretty limited in the time that it takes to complete the routine. I do have the bathroom available but then I wouldn't be able to warm up like I do with hot water when I shower.

    This is mostly a question of what have YOU tried and what HAS WORKED. Want to start seeing some numbers go up again

    So did you lose some gains between round 1 and 2?

      yeah, and now on 'round 3' I lost even MORE.. I'm currently at 5.75 NBPEL so that's why I'm getting back on track again

      I'm thinking of doing the JP 90 day routine again and just do it in the shower

          Dude your story scares me.That is the main reason Im scared to try other pe routines.
          Before 6.5 bpel 6.0 nbpel 4.9 meg
          NOW 7.5 bpel 6.5 nbpel 5.6 meg
          Goal 8.5 bpel 7.0 nbpel 6.0 meg maybe

            no no no.. don't be scared, it was MANY factors that impacted it.. stress about school, work, lack of sleep, etc... don't think that it was the routine. matter of fact, I think that if it wasn't for the routine, I probably wouldn't have kept as much of my gains as I did

                yeah, I'm actually moving out on my own in january so I know my gains will drastically increase then, but for now, slow and steady also wins the race
