  • Edging Problem

    Hi guys, how are you?

    I have been doing PE for 2 months now. I saw some changes, not so big like other people report, but at least something.
    I was doing the JP's 90 routine, but now i added edging after jelqing. First it was alright, and I felt like im going to gain with
    edging. But now here's my problem.

    I have lost EQ, if Im not watching porn or something "interesting" I cant have a fully erection...

    So, shall I stop with edging for now, or what is your advice?
    I added to the JP's 90 bedfowfers as a warmup and warmdown... Maybe its a bit too much.

    I think stretches lower eq for a while. Edging is something that doesn't really have any negitive effects. Imo you should continue edging but takes the fowfers easy.

        Kegel for erection quality, but..
        Yeah the stretches are believed to cause lower EQ.
        start: aug 1 2013
        bpel: 6.9..7.1..7.2..8.5
        Nbpel: 6..6.2..6.4..8
        Mseg: 5..5..6.5
        Flaccid: 4..4.
