    ... You would have to be able to get an erection - or at least semi erection (in the beginning) by doing whatever you can. Jelq it, stroke it, stretch it, you name it, just no porn of course.

    So after 1-2-3 weeks, depending on how long it would take, you would be able to get a rock hard erection in the ice cold or very cold shower. No need to ejaculate, just talking about getting hard then maintaining it for as long as you can without touching it. Of course not anymore than 10-15 minutes, I maximum do 10 min showers.

    What would be the results of this, outside of the cold shower in your everyday life?

    Would you turtle less when it's cold or even normal temperature outside (something I really wish could get fixed)?
    Would you easier be able to get random erections throughout the day? I mean, imagine if you could get a real hard on in ice cold water. Wouldn't it then be easier to get rock hard when in normal temperature and hot temperature?

    I got to say, I tried this today after doing my stretching routine followed by some clamping. I then jumped into the shower with body temperature water. I then slowly but surely (took about 1 min) got it to almost ice cold water. All this time, I would hold my dick, stretch it out so it would not turtle. By the time I didn't want to get any colder, I would stroke it, and try to reverse kegel and kegel some, just my best way of getting an erection and I actually managed to get a 60-70% erection, which for me is a bit above semi erection.

    I plan on continuing this to see if it might help at all. I'm trying to find some logic to it and all I can come up with is like I mentioned above. You get hard in cold shower, so maybe you can get harder much quicker In normal temperature and pherhaps more random boners (which is what I am missing a bit right now) and maybe the fight against turtling will become easier. I know that I am very sensitive to cold weather, my dick is basically turtling the whole day during winters here unless I do some PE or something.

    What do you guys think? I may be way off here and excuse my English as always, not my first language.

    I think I totally understand your logic.
    This seems like a very interesting idea.
    I think the basis behind it would be to do such on a long term basis, say months, and train your body(generally your "member") to be more immune to the temperature(cold temp).
    I know if I take a really hot shower(summer or winter), afterwards for maybe at least 2 hours, I feel much hotter and will oftentimes sweat(like I said even in winter).
    Somedays I will take a warm shower(in summer) and towards the end cool it down. Afterwords, in contrast to the sweating I mentioned, I will feel much cooler and comfortable for the rest of the day and no sweating.

    So based on this, I believe if you take often cold showers/baths and spend at least maybe 25 minutes in it, this should change your core temp and the way your body reacts to outside temps.

    I bet if you took only cold showers regularly, you'd probably never turtle.

      Ps, what's your routine? And how long did it take for ~1" bpel?

        Thanks for your input. I am going to try this, because I have already started doing only cold showers. It's amazing and gives me a huge energy boost for the day. it also sharpens my concentration ability and I feel much more aware.

        Only thing I am adding now is to try and get hard during that cold period of time. I do cold showers twice a day.

        I don't know if over 25 minutes is a must, I feel just a few minutes might be enough. Maybe 5 minutes, though I prefer 10 because I use a couple of minutes to build it up to the coldest.

          Oh, and I think I'll try this out for a day (at least).

          I'm thinking ill take a cold shower in the a.m. And see how the turtling is the rest of the day.

              I have had tons of routines, and it took me about 1 year and a half year to get it. Read my progress log if you really want to know what I have been doing.

                Yeah I think 25 minutes may be overkill for the day, but I was ball parking for a long term affect.

                  Interestingly, a few weeks into my pe, i went on vacation, from ~90 degree weather where I live to ~60 degree weather where I vacationed, and I even went swimming in a cold pool there and didn't seem to turtle at all.

                  Does this type of thing happen for you? Do you think after pe"ing for some time this will fade?

                      Yes, and I don't know. I still turtle very easily whenever I go out.

                            I don't know, I take cold showers every morning. My water just doesn't get that cold anymore, and I want it to be in the ice cold range, since I can just slip in right when I turn on the cold water. I don't get semis or erections though. I just know cold showers are good for the skin, hair, and have some nice benefits in general. Like the energy boost. I just want a colder shower :l

                              Cold showers are fantastic! As you say the wake you up and energize you. I life in a very hot and sticky climate so hot showers are a must.
