  • 500/1000 burnout sessions

    Ive reas somewhere about doing 500 side to side streches or 1000 jelqs or something every now and then and taking a few days off after that. I was wondering if anyone could confrim an provide any advice on this type of routine.
    Pre-PE Stats: 4/1/2013
    NBPEL: 4.75 in
    EG: 4.25 in

    Current Stats: 6/10/2013

    Yea it is a shock routine.Just be very careful with and when it is done take maybe 1-2 weeks break.Since it is very intense you need a lot of rest.

          I used to do a S2S routine last year for around one and a half month. Started with 100, stopped when I was doing about 350 every workout.

          Had no gains.
