    Looking for a pelvic floor balancing routine for women. Obviously there's anatomical differences but I read the involved routines outlined by minuteman and realize there's so much more to the male routine than what the mass media puts out there. I've searched around the net for a complete female routine (if such a thing exists) and find nothing other than the standard kegel. Are there similar applicable exercises for the ladies like reverse kegels, locks, etc?

    probably are but most would be for increase in pleasure. Females would use routines that help them to achieve orgasms easier and maybe them most powerful,enjoyable etc. So find out which kegel can causes this and then you can make you routine.
