  • help with my routine?

    Ok so I'm new to these forums but not to jelqing. Just looking for tips on my routine

    It's pretty basic. What i do is

    Stretch up, down, straight out for about 30 minutes or more, depending how bored i get

    Then i do jelqs for about 30 minutes, i Don't count because i find it much easier to just go a certain time

    After this I'll usually stretch for a little bit more. I experience alot of turtle after this. Are there any little things i can do to get better length gains?? I'm not worried about girth. Also what device is in your personal opinion the best for length gains?

    Watch tv while doing PE. It takes the boredom away and you actually enjoy doing PE. When i first started off i used to count the reps on jelqs, but timing your PE routine is much better.

    Hanging will accelerate length gains. But for now your hands are all you need to get PE gains. I would love to supplement by PE workout with a Bathmate.

        i'm going to look into hanging. i saw bathmates but they are pretty expensive, quite overpriced lol. i'll probably start hanging when i notice that manual stretching gains are slowed

          wow. just did supras. my dick is soorreee, jelqing never got me sore really. why has no one told me about these?
