    I started PE about 2 years ago. I was visiting 2 other sites, but decided to join this one since it seems there are more experts here.
    I have a problem, and I would really appreciate your thoughts and advice.

    I was on a beginner's regimen, using light jelq (5-10mins a day max) and a stretching device (Size genetics). I noticed after 2 months or so that my EQ has gotten a bit better, especially morning wood, and how long I stay hard. That was very pleasant. I was also going out with a very thin whale (huge vg) so that gave me an incentive to exercise more.

    Last August 2012 incident: I was stretching as usual. I worker my way up from about 10 mins months before when I started stretching with device to around an hour typically with one break at half. That day I felt something pinching. I thought it was the skin, sometimes it gives me some discomfort but that pinching went away within minutes. When I took the device 20+ mins later my P was dead. No sensation. Completely numb. I ran to the sink and put hot water. Blood started flowing again and I felt normal the next day. But that experience scared me.

    I took about 3 day break. Next time I stretched, I was numb within 5 mins. I got really concerned and stopped. I repeating this the following week out of curiosity and indeed my P went numb again. I tried masturbating that weekend (mostly of out concern) and I noticed that I had cold glans. These cold glans persisted for a a while. I got hard flaccid over the following week and numb P.

    I knew I needed a serious break and I took one .
    I told my GF that I have an injury from excess masturbation and she agreed that a full break is needed. Over the following weeks I would use hot wraps and light massages. Hard flaccid was gone. Numbness was still there. I read a story on some forum of a similar case, he was healed within 8 months and did not abstain too much. Sex is important for me and that thought was scary, but better than never.

    Over the following months I started getting better. No hard flaccid, but I continued to notice that I had numbness and weaker EQ. This has led to premature-ness at some occasions. But around 8 months later I was feeling much much better and felt that I could go back to normal and even maybe to PE hopefully.

    After seeing the improvement in EQ from PE in the past, I was waiting to make a come back...So I did, around 10 months after the injury. I put the stretcher on and did several days of 10 min stretching after usual hot wrap and everything. So far so good. Few days after I manually stretch for 5 mins+ maybe. The same sensation came back: numbness, P feels very light, weird. In few days I had the worse premature-ness in my life and following a couple of masturbations during a sunday my P went hard flaccid.

    Enter Hard flaccid. That started in June 2013 and will only go away after I stop touching it for about 2 weeks which I did. Over this summer I masturbated only once every 3 weeks on average, quite a feat. HOWEVER, my P still feels very light, quite numb, and after any vigorous exercise it would go hard flaccid on me again... I broke up with my gf because of this. I did not want to feel inept nor to have to explain myself. I noticed that the couple of times I had sex with her in the last 3 months she grabbed on on my P and pulled it (very normal) but felt bad straight after.

    In summary, I took all precautions during, gave it all healing time following small injury, but returning to manual stretching (for 5 mins) after 10 months of pause has cause major problems that I am still suffering from.

    You can only imagine how I feel. I am 8*5.75 and I would have been happy staying that way if I knew what was waiting for me. Not I am taking lots of vitamin b12 for nerve healing, eating healthy with read meat though for vitamin B and iron, and waiting and waiting. No porn since June.
    I am not sure whether it is only a nerve problem or combination of nerve and muscles. My flaccid hangs lower in a funny way, feels rubbery and weightless, as if the ligaments that are supposed to hold it are not. But how can 5 min of manual (and GENTLE!) manual stretch do that is beyond me.

    Im scared of stretching. I was thinking of starting but reading your post made me not want to.

      The body is a remarkable thing. Rest will let your member heal yes. Perhaps talk to your doctor? I did. I had bought stiffer springs for my dick stretcher device and one day with the higher tension in the device my dick went numb (well not all of it but about a third of it) and it freaked me out pretty bad. I don't use that stretching device anymore and that was over a year ago. The intensity of my manual stretches that I'm at now has a cautious gradual approach. After a break from PE i did re-enter PE but started off lightly and each week I would maybe only add half a minute or a minute more of stretching time....
      Furthermore I'm a little bewildered.
      You said lately you can do just *5* min of light stretching and get numbness.
      Concerned.
      Are you using techniques that are shown on the videos on this website?
      I think they're great and manual stretching hasn't injured me like that before.
      READ the article on Physiological Indicators. Use the search tool on this site. Numbness is a definite negative indicator by your body. Your doing something negative in your approach to enlarging yourself.

        Oh by the way. After a TEN month pause from PE.. ya when i restarted PE i was only doing 3.0 minutes of stretching... and lightly too...
        it wasnt until a few more weeks was I doing 5 minutes....
        sounds modest but could simply be your not ready for that much and/or your technique is hurting you.

          Yes I was using the techniques shown. I am not really a beginner and have done this for a year before I starting having the problem. It is extremely depressing to go from optimistically expecting gains and EQ to feeling like you have to wait years to go back in normal shape.

            I would not consider that a "small injury", that sounds more severe than anything I could ever expect to happen from simple stretches. I would STOP doing your stretches - as you should have learned, they will kill your P. Learn good PE techniques, your stretches were not light if they ruined your dick.
