  • What's the point in stretching/hanging in any other direction than down, out and up?

The only thing I have noticed from stretching for 1.5 years in left and right direction (along with up-right, up-left, down-right and down-left) is looser ligs. My dick can be bent to left or right easier without any resistance.

The "suspensory ligament" is actually multiple bundles of ligaments that anchor around the base of the penis, so hitting these bundles from different angles allows you to divide and conquer by focusing all the force on a smaller subset of bundles.

That is my understanding of it anyways

But I would have thought that stretching down, up, out would be enough to break down all the bundles of the ligaments. And at the same time when you do these three angles, you also do the direction you want most: outwards.

I don't think my understanding of the ligs and the way it all is connected and functions down there is any good though, so I might be shooting myself in the foot when asking these questions.

I can feel a unique stretch when I do it to the left, right, and all around. It feels different and gets fatigued at a different time so I do it on top of the down, up and out stretches. Don't forget behind back through the crack

I know of the unique stretch you speak of, GFG!

This is the stretch that I am pretty sure has made my ligs looser and less resistant, giving no benefits
