  • New Routine

    So Ive been using the bathmate for about 7 weeks now and im thinking I should introduce some stretching and jelqing before the bathmate.

    New routine:stretching for 5min, jelqing for 5 min, 4 5min reps of bathmate with 2 min of jelqing in between each bathmate rep, with 2-3 hours of size genetics extending later on in the day before I go to bed

    Sound good? have any suggestions? maybe add towel warm up before stretching or kegels before bathmate session.

    Id like to hear some of your guy's routines if you've seen results...

    I would recommend light stretching directional of course before starting the bathmath-jelg routine.

    Most bathmate or clamping should only have a 10-15 minutes rep.
    So I would do the bathmath then a 50 jelg (alternating hands) as a set x 3.

      How do I know if I'm jelqing properly, I've tried it a few times. I assume its only effective if your Head starts to get darker right?

        In your case using the bathmate, you should do light jelging about 70% level mainly to level out the blood in the shaft for circulation purposes. So the bathmate is doing the girth for you and ligth jelg is help the shaft have good circulation after being cut off for about 10-15 minutes. You see what I mean?
