  • Beginner routine I'm using, penis feels weird after?

    My routine looks like this:

    -5 min of rice sock
    -JP 90 Day Beginner Routine warm ups (helicopters, some stretches and kegels)
    -started off with 25 jelqs today, will increase 10 every other day
    -another 5 min of rice sock

    after only 25 reps of jelqs (25 each hand), i find my d*ck is limp and i can't get hard. not jelqing too hard, using OK grip with palm facing down. grip is light but firm, jelqing at about 50%. i use baby oil as lube. whats going on?


    i have jelqed before using jp's 90 day routine but i was inconsistent and i started up again after doing more reading, dont wanna overtrain as a noob.. but only 25 jelqs and my dicks soft as sh*t (tried masturbating to no avail, only half chub) and not "full" like it should be?

    I advise you to warm up for 10 minutes and then jelq, you want your tissues to be warm and stretchy right before jelqing.
    It is also up to you to do the warm down, I would skip it.
    Go with an even lighter grip and see how you feel, do slow jelqs.

        Because I think it's pointless, but it certainly won't do any harm, so if you feel better using it go on, in the end it's not very important that's all I meant!
