  • I've noticed that edging increases flaccid gains

    I've been edging for the last week or so for 60 minutes and my flaccid has grown both in length and girth. Keep in mind I also do jai stretches, bed fowfers, manual stretches, helicopter shakes and jelqing but the gains to my flaccid size didn't start coming along until I started edging.

    I measure my flaccid before I do any sort of pe since I know that adds a little size.

    This combo worked for me as well, increasing my BPEL and my girth. The flaccid growth came much later.

    For some folks, it's flaccid gains first, for others it's bpel.

      Yes yes yea! Edging is a fantastic thing to do, and 60 minutes; bravo to you sir! But edging is a great way to get fresh blood into the tissues you've just worked and typically edging will leave you with a nice plump flaccid after your erection has gone down. Fresh blood is always a great way to essentially start healing after a PE session.

        I've just started to invest in this very technique as well. As my sig states, I now measure something like 7 3/4" when erect, but after a workout I measure at about 8 1/8". I maintain that erection for as long as possible without ejaculating (known as ballooning) in order to flesh out the erection. Just as millia said, pumping fresh blood through the penis is healthy (how could it not be?).

        I don't know if it's a worthy investment, but blasting past the 8" mark in my second week of PE was a major confidence booster.

          Is it fine to edge shortly after hanging? I generally do jelqs after to get the bloodflow going, I'm not too sure if that's fine either... Haha, newbie of course!
          Start Date: April 4 2013 7.25 BPEL, 4.75 EG, 6.5 NBEL
          Barely consistent over the timespan of a year
          Current: Feb 19 2015 7.5 BPEL, 4.75 EG, 6.75 NBEL
          Much more consistent now that I've seen some evidence of gains

            I'd say its fine, it is fresh blood into the penis, for me my hanging sessions were so intense that maintaining or achieving an erection was fairly difficult.
            It's not just Penile Enhancement, it's a way of life.
