  • Length and Girth Proportion Gains.

So we all know that there is no such thing as just length gains or just girth gains. Yes length exercises such as traction devices will predominantly provide length gains and girth exercises such as pumping and jelqing will predominantly provide girth gains. But one always comes with some of the other.

What I want to know is if anyone who only does either length or girth exercise can share their results, so we can have an idea of the ratio of length and girth gains, certain exercises provide.

I personally have only ever done a combination of both and cannot answer my own question without a few months of only doing half of my routine.

The reason I ask is because I will soon be achieving my length goal, but my girth goal is still quite far off. I'm trying to figure out how soon to stop doing length exercises and just focus on girth so that I can achieve my girth goal without exceeding my desired length by too much.

Current length, 8 inches with a goal of 9.
Current circumference, 5 and a half inches with a goal of 7.

I have done periods where I alternate. Meaning focus on length for 3 months then girth for 3 months.

I only tracked specific changes once, when I did a girth oriented routine for 2 months I gained 1/4 inch in that time.

Overall, I gained just over 2 inches in length in 3 years, but just over 1 inch in girth in 5ish.

In essence, going from 8 to 9 in length is conceivable, but going from 5.5 to 7 in girth will probably take a long long time. I was 5.7 girth in 2015, but am now at 6.8. Still trying, though.

You can try to modify your routine, so you double the girth days/exercises while you keep extending at your minimum effective volume. Think of it like a gym program.

Wow dude from what I'm reading you must have quiet the monster schlong. Have you ever thought about starting a porn career? I bet in 5 years you'll be 7.8 in girth.

You can check my extender log in my signature. I gained a decent amount of girth while extending.

This seems to be very individual and some can indeed gain in one but not the other . So for instance I can gain grith by itself but it seems not length .

I had the opposite goal. See my stats below. I logged my starting girth as 5.8" because that was my average measurement, but measured over 6" from time to time. I told my gf I was starting PE and she said she liked my girth the way it was and preferred I didn't get much girthier. So, I chose to use only an extender, since studies suggested it was good for length gains and not so great for girth gains.

You can see from my stats that I have been able to keep girth gains to a minimum and get decent length gains. This is after over 1000 hours of extending. What's interesting is that my girth measurements before PE varied as much as a half inch +/- depending on EQ. Now it's almost always spot on 6" when I measure. I imagine I still have those days when she gets my EQ higher than I can measuring and have girth over 6". But I'm pretty happy with the current girth results and so is she!
              Start: BPEL 6.75', EG 5.8", BPFL 4.5", FG 4.7", BPFSL 7.0"
              05/2021: BPEL 7.65, EG 6.0, BPFL 5.8, FG 5.0", BPFSL 8.0"
              Goal: BPEL 8.0", EG 6.0", BPFL 5.75" FG 5.0", BPFSL 8.5"

I had my girth to 6.25" up from 5.5" when I met my wife and she started to compain . So we talked ahe is ok with 6" girth but her favourite was 5.5 " . On the other hand she is fine with any amount of length so I would be ok to increase length but girth seeems to increase as well . Might try an extender .

Question: when you first set up your qep, did you base it off of your BPEL or NBPEL?

I just started using it this week and want to make sure I have it set up right. I based the initial setup on my BPEL (5.75) but the instructions say the noose should be parallel with the holes. The noose bends backwards a bit behind the curve of the glans. Is this ok or should I remove an extender?

I have two small extenders on there right now. Today is my fourth day and it already feels more comfortable. The device is fully extended but my burrito has a nice stretch going on. Currently doing 3 hours a day for the first 15 hours.

I read your entire extender log and your post about modifying the device with a sock, etc. Not sure if I missed anything about which measurement you based your initial set up on, however.

                  Please advise.
