  • Length when pulled = Length after erection

    If the length when pulled = the length of the erection, is it impossible to obtain an effect by BTC or Hanging? (No potential ligament)
    If so, how can I extend the length?

      Okay I'm not 100% sure if I understand the question correctly. The length when pulled does not equal your erect length. It will be longer.

      Btc hanging is great for training the ligaments but you'll need more than that to get decent length gains.

          I feel like I'm choking when I pull for my BPFSL measurement. I think BPFSL is very short. What other exercises do I need to do other than BTC in this condition to gain effect? Pump? Hanging?
