  • No porn experiences?

    Quitting porn entirely for reasons other than PE. I am also going to try and cut out masturbation but donít see how I could edge several times a week and never bust. Maybe the wife is just going to have to pick up the slack lol. I did more resting than usual last week due to fatigue, but after some good Pis I got back to it. Well it turns out I had been unknowingly cheating myself and relying on porn to much for erections. No problems when my woman is involved but solo is a chore. PE routine is going to have to be much lighter, with more emphasis on EQ at least for a while. Any experience, suggestions, commands, or encouragement would be appreciated.

    Well it's about getting used to it.
    What I basically did was replacing watching with fantasy or memory in my mind. Surely healthier.
    But yeah if you do a lot of PE it's easier to use porn to get in exercise shape and catch drop offs in EQ.
    Just set it as a challenge for you to get a 100% erection without outside influence. Mind and body only.

      Good advice given by DickerSchwanz. Learning edging will help you learn how to improve Self control with your hand. Get to know your hand better.

      When you replace your hand with a partners (hand or other body part) there will be a new learning curve to experience. Maybe good to employ your partner to help you improve stamina. 2 might be better than one ?

        Thanks for the responses. Getting to 100% without porn is going to be my new goal. This has me questioning my overall health down there... Iíve never wanted an erection and not gotten one quickly. I knew I looked at porn too much but after quitting I realize I was way overboard. Sucks that bathmate, ULI, and erect Jelqs are going to have wait. Those were my favorite. Iím sure it will all be worthwhile in the end.

            Quit porn around a week ago.

            At first the excitement of doing something new was ensuring my erections. However I went to do some squeezes last night and couldn't get an erection in time to do the work.

            I have though noticed a small injury, a tiny split in what's left of my banjo string. It's painless but I'm due a week off so I'll be doing that, however I may edge and kegal for the week to try and improve my erection response.

            I'm sure it's porn that's messed with it, as I can get a quick stiff watching that crap.

            Anyway, I refuse to buckle, I will not use porn. I hope my ability improves soon though as I've been on a regime of squeezes and pumps and jelqs with a high erection level. This might have to go on hold for now.

              Sounds like we are in similar boats. Porn sure makes PE that requires an erection quick and easy. Iíve quit for other reasons than PE but hope it helps there too obviously. Whatever happens, if my routines take longer from now on, at least Iíll know Iím doing things healthier and naturally without overstimulation.

                Eq really came back yesterday. Back to full routine, dick is responding well, horniness has decreased a touch but thats actually good in my case. I was a little ridiculous before, to the point I couldnít control my focus at times. I can tell already in this short time that I am more attentive and less frustrated with my wife.

                  The best way to perform edging is to do it during sexual intercourse. This has many advantages over the manual method. The one advantage manual edging has over live sex is that if one has performance anxiety strong enough to prevent one from engaging in contact then the manual version is a good way to both get that trainign in and also to practice emotional visualizations for developing better sexual self confidence.

                    Hey man I completely support it. I quit porn a few months ago. Never went back to it, my life feels way better. I took about 6-7 weeks of no ejaculation, no sex, no porn. After that, I promised myself that I would allow myself to masturbate ONLY if I am to never touch porn again. So far it's been that way and I couldn't feel happier! My life has changed, my sex life is amazing. My EQ is amazing. I don't feel foggy, moody, anxious, depressed, or any of that stuff. I just feel really good and confident about myself. Stick to it man, it's very fruitful.

                        I went out tonight. I talked with a cute girl , while her boyfriend with with her the whole time, I met her group of friends, and helped one of them out. I hung in there, and even though I didnt get to take her home, it beat sitting at home alone being bored. Now I do love alone time, watching a movie and hanging simultaneously but I love going out and socializing with cute younger women. I thought about the interaction, the dynamics, and its important to get out now and again, socially for my health.

                        it sure beats the urge of fighting not looking at porn, and its way funner.

                          One thing I noticed was it made me try a lot harder with the wife which actually improved our relationship and led to more sex. It also led me to looking up ways to improve our sexual relationship. Paying more attention and doing the little things that you let slip through the cracks because youíre needs were being met elsewhere. Flirting goes a long way with the fairer sex.

                            Really nice past weekend. Weekends are off days for me (mostly) but Iíll edge one or both days without ejaculation. Maybe throw in one or two ULI s when I do.... O shit... Sunday night I edged... Iíve never seen my dick like that! I should have measured. Iím going to try and refrain from measuring until this coming weekend after my PE during the week. Might have gained! Fingers crossed.
