  • Length is the goal help me reach it!!

    I am so close to my goal today I had a massive increase in EQ and measured NBPEL 6.5 and BPEL6.7!!! I'm trying to 7-7.2 (really just want my head to stick out when having both hands around it lol)

    I wanna know if I should stick to hanging or do Big Al's Jelq Free Routine or maybe even combine the two if its an option without over training like a frankenstein routine. I plan to keep the JP90 program going no matter what, it helps my EQ massively but want to add in a length routine with it. What are your thoughts on this and which routine worked best for you??

    If your current routine is working, I would keep it.

    If you reached a plateau take a break a few weeks.
