      I am currently 5 1/2 inches. I want to gain an inch in length. I am 5 in girth and want an inch there as well. I currently to two sets of 30 second stretches. 15 mins Jelqing and 20 mins pumping while clamping. I follow this 4 days on 3 off.

        I've been splitting my routines since the get go. I have made decent gains, about an 1 3/4 length about an inch girth. Took me a while, but slow and steady wins the race.

        Not that it's a race...not a competition at all, really.
